I love getting my nails done at millennium however, the manicure I got from Tiffany was terrible. She broke three of my nails and drilled through a separate nail. When I asked her to please be gentle, she drilled my nails down until she was hitting the nerves. After finishing my gel manicure, she then filed the sides of my nails until the gel polish was already lifting. By the time I was leaving the salon, the edges of my gel nails were already lifted from my nail since she had filed the top coat down so far. The corners of my nails were left very sharp so I had to round them myself when I got home so I didn't scratch myself. I love the salon and will be returning but I am not happy with my manicure from Tiffany. read more

This is my go to spot for pedicure! As you walk into Millennium you know you are in for a special experience. The interior is exquisitely decorated and the employees are customer oriented. Jen does a fabulous job and I feel pampered from beginning to end. She really knows how to fix my abused nails. I have had a complete spa day here and it was fabulous. (Thanks Son!) Comfortable waiting environment, accommodating and polite staff and nail fungus! I had been getting regular pedicures with no problems up until the point of coming to Millennium. The crazy part is the person who did my nails I think owned or managed the spa, because a huge portrait of his family was up in the waiting area. Anyways I got a pedicure and a few weeks after went to trim my nails and remove the polish, only to find out I now had a nail fungus. I've been treating it for about a year now and it's almost gone. If you enjoy getting pedicures don't let this place ruin it for you, go somewhere else! read more

Had a lash tint and curl by Cairo, She went into great detail of the procedure and every step as she did the process. After trying almost every brand of mascara, I found there is something used that I am allergic too. So having this procedure was the perfect fix. I will be going back for a touch up which is about 4-6 weeks. My eye lashes look great and natural, love it. read more

Not happy with the intensive collagen manicure and CBD Pedicure, had to get the finger nail paint removed as the paint was applied in very thick coats, like a thick blob and it would not dry even after 20 mins of waiting. I did not have the time to wait around for my nails to be painted again, so it was a very disappointing experience for me. At the end my nails look worse than when I came in The CBD pedicure service was nice but the nail paint on my toes got messy and spoilt as soon as I left because, again, the paint did not dry despite waiting for more than an hour after pedicure. Now my toes look bad. I was also moved from where I was sitting with Shay working on me during(for a walk in) to a different seat and away from my friends about which I was not happy It was a disappointing experience to even talk to the front desk about it as the person checking me out did not seems very helpful and I was not happy about paying in full for a partial and disappointing service where I have ended up with bad looking toes and finger nails read more

I walked in and I was pleasantly suprised with an extremely nice spa/salon. I was a walk in but the were able to accommodate me. I originally went in for a wax but the lady who waxed me offered me a few other services. I ended up going with a lash perm. When she was putting on the perming chemicals some of it got on the skin where she had just waxed my brows and it burned a bit but I just figured beauty was pain. (I'd never had a lash perm) I walked out and my lashes looked amazing but the area below my brows was really red. I figured that was because of the wax and that they'd go away soon. A few hours go by and they start to burn again so I go look in the mirror. She gave me chemical burns all over my lower eyebrow. Im supposed to be road tripping to meet my boyfriends family. Marianne has the best hair blow out in town! She does great beachy waves that don't look too "done" if you know what I mean. Always a very good manicure/pedicure at Millennium but I don't agree with them making people wear masks. Should be personal choice. But go to Marianne for a blow out but call for an appt bc she stays busy...especially on a Friday. read more

I've gone to this location 2 times and I won't be back. I got an ice cold pedicure and then my nails were not at all what I asked for. I mentioned it two times during the manicure reminding the tech that I wanted a sheer base but these asks were ignored. I asked for a sheer nude base and ended up with a opaque white base. The tech also stood over me at checkout insisting that the nails were pretty. Which they aren't ugly but just not at all what I asked and paid for. No one at checkout asked me about my experience and I felt too uncomfortable to bring up my negative experience a THIRD time. I was also in a hurry because my express pedicure and nails took over 2 hours and I had a meeting immediately after. My nails turned out nothing like my picture and I did bring this up TWO times at the time of service. I called back later to bring this up and ask for a refund because I was in a hurry for my meeting and had no time to mention it in person. They asked that I send proof in the form of pictures, which I was happy to do. The owner, who refused to speak to me on the phone because he was too busy, still found time to deny my refund. His reason was that "nothing was said at the time of services." Which was incorrect, I did mention my complaints TWO times to my tech. Please note, I wasn't even asking for a refund for the cold water pedicure. I just wanted a refund for my nails because I'm going to have to get them redone somewhere else after wasting 2 hours of my life here. I won't be back and I will be telling everyone I know that gets their nails done here not to come back either. They did offer to redo them but I am far too uncomfortable to return and I don't really want to give them any more of my business read more

The equipments are brand new and you just feel confident that it's clean and hygienic here. Most employees here look friendly and happy to be here. Mine is probably having a not so good day. Nevertheless, she did her job and was pretty good at it. Being that this is one place that accepts Spafinder gift card, I'll keep coming back as long as I have a gift card. Master stylist Sufa did an absolutely AMAZING job. Both haircuts I've had with her have been wonderful. The physical facility is very nice, and I always get a very good mani/pedi from Som, but I do not like all the loud conversations among the techs! we had a very non-professional experience at the spa on Bannerman Road would never recommend them to anyone. They called me the minute I got home because of their mistake they said I owed 25 more dollars because their tech forgot to send up receipt I spent over 200 in their salon and tipped them over 20% was threatened by them I went ahead and paid for their mistake but since telling the story to many friends, they all said I should have never paid that 25 for their mistake. Very poor business on their part will never go back. I was born and raised in Tallahassee and have never been treated the way they treated me on the phone. read more

I've been getting SNS dip on my nails for months and have never had a problem until I came here for a manicure. My nails are real and I've worked very hard and long to get my nails healthy and lengthy. The fact that my nails are a week old and are literally cracked and breaking down the center/around the corners. Worst manicure I've ever gotten. I thought with all the hype this place has I'd get the best manicure and received quite the opposite. I'm extremely disappointed that I now have to either get fake nails put on to make them all look one length again or cut them down and start all over.
