I've been a loyal client of this shop for atleast 16 years now. I started coming around back when the owner's brother was the one doing all the piercings (which I had Anthony do quite a few)! One thing I can say for sure is that the owner, Frank, really has his head around the business. The artists he's had over the years have ALL been great people as well as fantastic tattooers & piercers. Vrm's done much of my work, but I proudly wear work from AJ, Ariel, Eric, Steve, and even Frank, too. This shop has never left me feeling pushed around or unsettled, even when I was a young teen. i went here about a month ago to get my nose pierced and had the best experience! this was my first piercing aside from my earlobes and i have a pretty low pain tolerance, so i was pretty nervous. i called earlier that day and the piercer, melissa, said she had walk in availability so i came as a walk in. she was very polite and gave me the same treatment as an appointment, not rushing and being incredibly kind and reassuring. the process was super quick and i didnt feel a thing! melissa was safe, wore gloves, and made sure everything was clean and sterile. she provided me with excellent information and advice that has helped me heal my piercing perfectly! i will absolutely be coming to her for any other piercing and recommend her to anyone. read more

This is the best place to get pierced in Orange County. Melissa is super kind and knowledgeable about her craft and piercing aftercare. I've come in with issues like a piece of jewelry coming unscrewed or something being too tight and she's solved the problem immediately. Always courteous, after experiences I've had with other piercers I don't bother going anywhere else. I set appointments for myself and two friends to get our nose pierced with their Friday the 13th special. Erik was super helpful on the phone even when we were going back and forth between different time slots. Once the day of the appointments came I went first because I was the nervous one. Melissa was meticulous her set up her explanation all clean and you can tell she really knows her stuff. They always make me feel welcome and at home, and the tattoos they have done are gorgeous. I got a tattoo from VRM He is awesome. I had a prior Tattoo done of needle and thread at another shop and wanted scissors added to it. VRM knew exactly what I wanted and positioned them to go exactly how I wanted the scissors to look with the thread and needle.
