After the water pump installation we purchased new water filter system from SENS. That also went well and we appreciated there advice to install one. In 2015 SENS installed a new outside faucet. Several months later the faucet had a defect and again SENS came to our rescue. They installed a new faucet right away and NO CHARGE to the customer. Here is another example of excellent service. Two weeks ago I asked them to look at our water pump and within a couple two hours they we here. No problem found but they wanted to be shore everything was ok. Service is everything. With them it is the best There service manager STEVE WEBSTER is very professional and displays very good manners. He is knowledgeable about his product lines and does not confuse the customer. On his last visit Steve spent considerable time with us showing how we can improve our home and how his company could advise us in the right direction. They came out to do a routine service call on a system that they installed 5 years ago. They told me that I needed parts and that my system was no longer under warranty. I was concerned that the system did not send me a notification of the needed repair and I thought my system had a 10 year warranty! It was a very expensive system. Aaron asked me to pay upfront for the part and for two service calls. I did because I trusted them. They didn't come back as promised to make the repair. I called Carrier and was told that I should not have had to pay for the part because it was under warranty and they also noted that they did not get a notification of the failure either as they and I should have. When Aaron finally returned to install the part, he apologized up and down for letting me down. He said that as soon as Carrier reimbursed him for the part he would return my money. He told me a week later that the check had come and he would return the money as soon as it cleared. Well now he doesn't return my texts and his voicemail is always full! It has been several months and I haven't seen my money. I was the first person to review this company when they opened. I believed in them. Now I tell people to find someone else. These guys don't seem to be the honest people that they once were!

I am sure they had many other calls that day--units 'always' break at inopportune times... However, within 20 minutes they responded to a voice mail and had a senior technician (Mike) to the house within the next 30 minutes--less than an hour from our initial call. He did a thorough analysis of the issue, clearly described his findings and let us know next steps. Back at the office they worked up various options, called us early the next day, clearly explaining everything, including cost and timing. A day later parts arrived and Mike was at our house first thing in the morning, at the scheduled time. While he was completing the exterior installation, he noticed an interior valve that wasn't working correctly, ordered that and set up the final check. These are really good people. They communicate clearly. They complete the work efficiently, expertly and in a timely fashion. If you need HVAC work and want trustworthy contractors--call them!
