I live on Miller about a mile east of this place. Been there over 6 times for various tire issues and once for a strange problem with a Ford Explorer. This place is A+. I had an issue with a fairly new tire with plenty of tread life that had a super slow leak. I did not want to replace it if I didn't have to. Took it to TWO tire kingdom's and the South Motors Honda dealer. They said nothing was wrong. Tire pressure light came on repeatedly. I took it to Miller Tire & Auto and in five minutes the mechanic produced a very small, slim nail. BAM! It was fixed for good...finally! Same was true for other tire issues. For my Ford Explorer, I took it to them, and the mechanic put his machine on it. Came up with two problems. He told me "one is very expensive to fix, the other inexpensive". He suggested the inexpensive problem first, but didn't have the correct tool and referred me to another place. That was exactly the problem. Will definitely return! read more

As a single young female, I was definitely nervous about having to negotiate the repair of my tire, particularly given how notorious car mechanics are at pressuring women. I chose Miller Tire and Auto after seeing so many great reviews, and they were definitely spot on! The staff was very courteous and understanding. They walked me through all of my options and explained the pros and cons of each choice; the man in the office even walked out to my car to inspect it himself and give me his opinion on whether or not it would be worth it for me to buy a brand new tire or take a gently used one. Also- they repaired the slight bend in the lip of my rim and reinforced it, instead of trying to convince me to buy a whole new wheel. When all is said and done I walked out after spending only $25 ( fixed the rim, attached a 'used' tired that looks practically new, reattached the tire and helped put away my spare) and all in 20 minutes! Considering I thought I was looking at $200+ I was thrilled, and I will absolutely return to this business for future needs. read more

Went here in January 2014. While the deal on two used tires was a great one, The quality of the installation was horrendous. The installer was careless and completely destroyed the clear-coat on my two front wheels. A real lack of attention to detail. Be warned and only take them a car with steel wheels. read more

Don't go to Miller tires to buy used tires they will sell you nine or 10-year-old tires that will work for a week or so.they know these tires aren't in good enough condition to sell but don't care. They knew my daughter drives around with her baby in the car and sold her a tire that was clearly bad. If you must buy a used tire from these people ask him to show you the date of manufacture. In Florida you're not even allowed to sell new tires that old. Clearly your safety is not a concern for them read more

I got 2 used tires for my Jeep for $80 mounted, balanced, etc. in about an hour. No surprises. Very friendly staff, father and son running the office. Good advice on where on my Jeep to installed the best tires (front instead of back). Waiting room is simple but has good AC and free WiFi. I will definitely go back. read more

I've been coming here for about 10 years to change the oil on my car and my boyfriend's. About two years ago they raised the oil change labor to $12 and of course we understood because prices do go up.. My boyfriend changed the oil in his car about 2 months ago and they charged him $12 like they normally would. I went in to change the oil in my car today. After an hour of waiting, I went to go pay $12 and AGAIN they told me a different price!!!! Now it's $15.. But the best part was that the clerk told us it's been like that for years when we know it hasn't because it's where we've been changing our oil since we started driving!!! I'm tired of this crooked business and the way they try to charge us more and more just because we decide to buy our synthetic oil in a cheaper place!!!! The key to a successful business is consistency and honesty! Don't sit here and tell your customer that the price has been the same for years because there are many customers who are already used to a certain price and who have been coming there for years!!! .. First $10, then $12, now $15!! What's next? $20 for labor? Either way, they're terrible with customer service. Needless to say, my whole family and I will be taking our business elsewhere and will never step foot in that inconsistent, dishonest "business" again!!!! DO NOT CHANGE YOUR OIL HERE! DON'T BELIEVE ALL THE HYPE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I guess you have to know the owner or know one of the mechanics to ACTUALLY get GOOD service (or just be a "regular" customer). This place is JUST LIKE the REST of the "auto & tire" shops out there! They don't tell you the price upfront and go ahead and just assume that you want them to do the service on your car regardless of price. They wanted to charge me $70 just to change 4 spark plugs and when i went to another shop they did it for HALF the price! ($35). Thanks miller for explaining to me exactly was wrong with my tire...NOT! I was practically tricked into thinking there was something wrong with my tire so that i can buy one from them. Plus, the people at the front desk are always busy on their cell phones texting or talking to anybody else instead of paying attention to the actual customer. These people only care about MONEY, FORGET pleasing the customer. oh and if you ask a simple question about the price, they respond with ATTITUDE. NEVER going back to this run down old shop that CLAIMS to be SO much better than they actually are. This place just LOST a CUSTOMER, i'm sure i'm not the FIRST and I definitely will not be the LAST!
