This place is awful. They couldn't figure out how to remove my tires so they scratched and burnt my rims. When I picked up my car the rims had scorch marks and one of the hub caps was missing. The cherry on top? I had to pay an extra $10/ea for their barbaric removal of the tires. $500 for cheap tires and new damage. I WILL NEVER COME BACK read more

My daughter took our car in to get the rear brakes changed. She specifically told the lady to change the rear brakes. The lady behind the counter asked mechanic to check the car out to see what was wrong with it. He said the front brakes need to be changed more than the back brakes. However they never conveyed that to my daughter or myself, they just went ahead and did the work without asking. When she went to sign for the receipt, the lady told her that we change the front brakes. My daughter told her why did you do that work without asking? She told my daughter that if you go to the hospital with a backache and they find your tooth aching they would pull your tooth and not worry about your back. This is ridiculous, they did the work on my car without asking. It's contrary to the laws in Dade county for automobile repair. read more

All I can say about this place is "are you kidding me?!?!" Here's my 2.25 hour experience. I saw a nail in my tire and my alarm was going off telling me to check tire pressure. I see excellent reviews for this place and I'm in the area so I stop by and ask for a patch. I'm told it will be about 30 minutes. An hour later, I'm told my car is done, they plugged it and I owe $7. When my boyfriend and I inquire more about why they did the opposite of what I asked she says they weren't able to patch it. We ask to talk to the mechanic to see what the problem is. Maybe something is wrong with my tire. Turns out he didn't find anything wrong so did nothing. This is very shady. I tell them there is a visible nail in my tire so they need to check the correct tire. When asked why I was being lied to, there was no straight answer and they diverted to ask if I have wheel locks. If you already checked my tire, albeit the wrong one, don't you know that already? We wait another 45 minutes for my tire to be fixed but this time we have to monitor the mechanic's work from the front drive in the rain It gets better. I pay and hurry to leave. Everyone tells us the keys are in the car but no one can find them or knows what to do. Not an especially helpful or anxiety-alleviating bunch. I eventually realize they had given them back to me after the first 'repair' and they were in my purse. I was distracted and it's now been a while and a few conversations later so I forgot. My fault but clearly there are some standard operating procedures that need to be addressed here. We turn on the car to drive away and the tire pressure alarm is still on. At this point, it's pouring rain and my poor boyfriend is out in the rain checking tire pressure right in front of the guys who failed to do so. 10psi, really? We have to back up again to get more air and they direct us to back up almost underneath another car that's jacked up because God forbid they get one raindrop on them in order to put appropriate air in my tires. At this point, I realize I never got a receipt and it's become painfully obvious I'm going to need one. The guys put in more air and it still wasn't correct at 28psi (are you surprised?). So we went to BJ's and put more air in ourselves. 4.5 stars? I don't think so. read more

No complaints here. Domingo, the owner, was very nice and helpful. I came in for a flat and was in + out in 20 minutes. For an always on-the-run girl like me, this was music to my ears. Total was $20 which is not too shabby for quick, effective service. I highly recommend them if you have a flat. They definitely beat the thieves at Goodyear and Firestone any day. read more

Too bad they can't work behind the counter too, as the lady up front has a very bad attitude and did not really listen to what I was asking for. These people are so honest that when an employee gave me an estimate which I approved for new brakes that was wrong, the owner pointed it out and gave me a credit at check out. That is unheard of in today's business environment, not to mention the great service and amazing prices. read more

So I handed the keys to the guy in the office (I'm assuming the owner)..as I waited outside, I kept seeing other cars that came after me being taken care of.. I just stopped on my way in with a low tire...I had both a nail and a hole in the same tire! They patched them quickly for only $25! Quick service and the best price in town.

Front desk is incredibly rude and anytime you try to ask a question they give you an attitude. I went in because after they aligned my car, my car would easily shift to another lane whenever it drove over a reflector or minor bump in the rode. My tires are still new and it seemed like something had been left loose. When I went in they told my front tires were "bubbling" I couldn't see what they were talking about but I went ahead and took it to the Goodyear shop I bought my tires from. They did the tread testing and it had more than enough tread. The shop asked me to please show them what this mechanic said because after testing it they had no idea how they could've concluded this. I went back to the shop with the results of the tread test. Without even putting my car up their mechanic started aggressively pushing down on my rear bumper saying I needed to replace my rear suspension. I asked him how he could know this without even raising my car and properly evaluating. Besides my car always shifted from the front and not the back. He finally decided to raise the car and then called the owner. Who tried to explain to me that nothing was wrong with my car outside of my tires and kept running his hand around a perfectly good tire ignoring the tread tests. After arguing back and forth I saw they weren't going to help and do a good job so I demanded my keys back and left. I'll never go back to this place again and I had been going for 2 years. They're not trustworthy, respectful, nor know what they're talking about. Save yourself some frustration and go somewhere professional. read more

I bought in my Honda to get 4 new tires and new brakes. The younger guy inspected my tires and told me that I did not need to get all four that I only needed two since the others were still in good condition. I was impressed on the service because anywhere else they would of just done it and made you spend your money. However I decided to get all four new tires anyway. They ordered the tires and it was there the next day. I dropped my car off and picked it up and everything was fine. I did have an issue with driving though. The car was shaking a little bit when going around 40 or so. I bought it back and they changed one of the tires. It seemed to have fixed the issue. I do however notice some shaking when going around 50 but they did point out that my rim was a little bad. It was great service and I recommend going there. They also have a warranty on what they repair. read more

Love love love this place. I'm a 27 y/o female and every time I've come here I've come alone and they never try to jiff me. They are really straight forward and they are a firm believer that if it's not broken, don't fix it. My first visit was for my breaks. They changed them out and told me they have a one year warranty. So if they act up within the year that I got them, I could bring it in and they could check them out for no extra charge. Left very happy. My second visit, which is today, I came after almost having a freak accident. My car shut off as I was exiting the tunnel to a garage causing the steering to stiffen up, throwing my car to the opposite direction that I should be going, almost causing me to scrape the whole side of my car. Thankfully I was able to keep the steering wheel to the right and I was able to get out without a scratch. They had mentioned to me the last time I was here that the "correa" (not sure how to pronounce that in English lol) had to get changed. So I came in today to get that changed and to tell them about my freak accident. They ran the car through their system (no charge) and they ended up telling me that the system didn't pick up any error codes telling them something was wrong. So, in their words,"If it ain't broken, don't fix it!" But they did suggest that I'd do a full throttle clean up because of the problem I was having with my car shutting off when it's on idle because of the low rpms. I did some research on that to see if it's true and I've read a lot of forums of people that have been tricked to change their alternator and spark plugs in other places but once they did a full throttle clean up, their car would turn out back to normal. Needless to say, I'm very happy I found this place. They've been up front with me from the beginning and I greatly appreciate the honesty I've been given here. My boyfriend recommended this place when I needed two new tires. My car has an unusual tire size, so unfortunately, they didn't have any tires that fit it in stock. However, they were able to order some at a very good price and get them in the very next day. They had no problem with me leaving the car overnight and were overall very accommodating. The owner's son even recognized my boyfriend when we came to pick the car up (and he's only ever really gone there for oil changes). I brought my car into the dealership for some warranty stuff and they told me i would have to replace my tire for $270 for a nail that they couldn't repair or patch there. On the low the mechanic told me to take it here for repair. 30 minutes and $20 at Miller Tire & Auto and it was patched up and as good as new. i have really bad luck with tires, and this will be my first stop from here on out. I was stranded coming from out of town and needed a power steering reservoir which they initially told me they could get and install it the next day guaranteed. Not only did they not follow through, but they ordered the wrong part and told me it would be three more days until they could complete the repair. I researched the part and immediately found it and had it rush delivered to me. They were very nice to me when I was there. That is until I was walking away and I could hear them mocking me in Spanish because they obviously didn't know I am fluent and could understand everything they were saying. I live on Miller about a mile east of this place. Been there over 6 times for various tire issues and once for a strange problem with a Ford Explorer. This place is A+. I had an issue with a fairly new tire with plenty of tread life that had a super slow leak. I did not want to replace it if I didn't have to. Took it to TWO tire kingdom's and the South Motors Honda dealer. They said nothing was wrong. Tire pressure light came on repeatedly. I took it to Miller Tire & Auto and in five minutes the mechanic produced a very small, slim nail. BAM! It was fixed for good...finally! Same was true for other tire issues. For my Ford Explorer, I took it to them, and the mechanic put his machine on it. Came up with two problems. He told me "one is very expensive to fix, the other inexpensive". He suggested the inexpensive problem first, but didn't have the correct tool and referred me to another place. That was exactly the problem. Will definitely return! read more
