Coffee spills, yogurt spills... spills you don't even know what they are! Crooks and crannies, everything is vacuumed, shined and polished! It smells clean!! It looks spotless! Overcharged and Underserved…read more Our 8 year old minivan was a mess, so we knew it would be a challenge. We ordered the most expensive package, the Extreme for extra-large vehicle. The website said it was $279 and could take up to 7 hours. The guy from SVAD came out for the pick up and looked at the van and said the interior would need extra work and asked if they could skip the exterior cleaning so he could still "get it done under $300". I said that would be fine so long as it was very well done and the door jambs and seals were cleaned and conditioned as well (which is part of the extreme package deal). He agreed and took the van. He later called my wife and said he would need an extra $150 for extra time to work or he would bring it back unfinished. We needed it clean, so she said yes. Here's the kicker, they brought it back in 7 hours! That's the time their website says it typically takes. So we were charged for extra time that wasn't used. We also paid extra (by forfeiting the exterior work) for an interior job that was very poorly done (see pics). So for just under $450, we got a mediocre interior cleaning, and they did not clean or condition the door jambs and seals (see pics). I could have done that myself for about 20 bucks at the carwash, and probably would have done a better job. There are still stains on the carpet that I was able to remove with carpet spot remover. There was still loose debri like wrappers and sand on the carpet, the pockets on the seats were not cleaned and still had toddler-produced toxic waste in them. As a biz owner myself, I hate it when people leave negative reviews without attempting to contact me and giving me a chance to make it right. I emailed SVAD and requested a refund of the extra $150 they charged us (I did not ask for full refund, though I felt I had grounds to do so), it has been 1 week now with no reply. If you do business with these guys be sure to get your expectations and pricing in writing, best to stay away altogether. I should add that the gentleman from SVAD was super nice and friendly, I wanted to support his business and was very disappointed with their lack of effort and communication.

Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

I am completely amazed by the job they did on my truck interior. Not a speck of dog hair (and it was thickly caked in the back), oil and grease stains gone from the seats, my steering wheel looks brand new, and every single one of my precious stickers and glued on dinosaur toys are still in tact. I found Reeves through reading yelp reviews and they did not disappoint. I'm also a smoker working on quitting and the truck is completely clear of the smell of cigarettes. When I asked for a ballpark estimate, he didn't just throw out a number, he gave a super detailed breakdown of options from basic detailing all the way up to a full mold remediation overhaul. What really stood out to me was the transparency: after inspecting the car, he told me the issue wasn't as severe as I feared and recommended a less invasive service at lower cost that made sense for our situation. No upselling, zero pressure: just a realistic assessment of what the car actually needed. From the assessment to completion, the entire process truly felt like white-glove service. During the cleaning, they checked in periodically and gave updates. They were thoughtful about setting expectations around stains that might not come out completely, and they clearly took a lot of pride in their work. Our car is older (2008) and mostly used for outdoor activities, so I was surprised they even bothered to eradicate some stains--and the effort absolutely showed. This job took 1.5 days longer than anticipated and that could've just been addressed by being more conservative when telling me how long it may take.
