Most of my dental experiences have been "horrific" since early childhood. The morning of my oral surgery, a friend of mine prayed for me that the surgery was painless, the surgeon's hands were steady, and the recovery quick . The surgery was actually "painless" and the stitches were not felt while Dr. Buck placed them into the extracted area. Dr. Buck is AWESOME. His voice and mannerisms are caring, concerned, and reassuring. When I arrived home, I looked into the bag that his office had given me at "check-out" and to my surprise there was a pamphlet titled "A Letter to My Friends" which asked the reader to accept Christ as their Savior. After reading the pamphlet, I called my praying friend and told her about it. She said "That's Awesome, just think of the number of souls they reach each day." I know that The Lord led me to this office and I am very grateful. Dr. Buck and his staff are awesome from beginning until the end; they have welcoming spirits, warm smiles, and timely knowledge.

However, after arriving for my appointment, I was informed that my X-rays were "not sufficient" and that the office would need to perform their own X-rays before treatment could continue. After speaking with the office manager, who explained that new X-rays were necessary for proper treatment, I agreed. Before the X-rays were taken, I requested a lead vest with a thyroid collar, which is standard safety practice in dental offices. The hygienist placed a vest on me, but I immediately noticed that it was damaged in several areas. The cracks and worn sections clearly compromised the integrity of the protective shielding. I politely expressed concern about the condition of the vest and requested a safe, undamaged replacement. I was then told that this was the only thyroid-collar vest they had available. I even asked whether two vests could be layered for additional protection and peace of mind, but instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the office ultimately wanted me to leave. As a patient, I do not believe it is unreasonable to expect basic radiation safety equipment to be maintained in proper condition. I also do not appreciate being told one thing before my appointment and then being pressured into additional imaging once I arrived. Overall, the experience left me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable rather than cared for as a patient.

I set up monthly payments on THEIR site despite that. The company the monthly payments are done through showed me they paid them, and they are still harassing me over the bill that's been paid. They didn't apply it to my account. Just stay away. The billing issues with this place are a constant nightmare. I'm so close to filing a BBB complaint. It's been constant issues with billing.

The receptionist was very calming and answered all of my questions before we decided to make the drive there. Once we arrived, we were done with X rays and in the back with the staff and the actual dentist doing the exam within 10 mins. The dentist reassured us both of the situation and offered to fix everything on the spot. His name was Gio I think. Within about 60 mins of him getting started on the treatment plan he was done and the problem was solved that just needed some time to let things calm down. The exam was $85 upfront and our treatment plan was an additional $500. There was no financial surprises or hidden fees. Everyone was very nice, professional, and knowledgable. Not to mention it was like 7pm on a weekday when they took us. CONs: None!

I was able to get them extracted with local anesthesia and laughing gas and didn't feel a thing. This morning I woke up with slight discomfort but nothing too serious. The office staff were very professional and the nurses were very soothing to my son. Unfortunately, when we got home, he kept bleeding, which put us behind in getting his pain under control. I called after hours and within minutes Dr Buck called me back with specific instructions as to how to help my son. His suggestions worked and we had a much better night than I'd anticipated.
