I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I ordered a new Hyundai Elantra and was expecting to receive the vehicle in brand-new condition, as agreed. However, I later found out that the dealership allowed other customers to test drive my car without my knowledge or permission. This is completely unacceptable. When you order a new vehicle, you expect it to be reserved for you--not used as a demo unit. This situation shows a lack of respect for customers and poor management of sold inventory. I strongly recommend that future buyers confirm how their reserved vehicles will be handled before delivery. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and changes its practices so this doesn't happen to others. read more

I had to do my winter ritual of changing oil and filter for my 2011 Hyundai's sonata brands four door sedan. I have logged in over 187,990 miles on it with limited big issues. Some of the warranty and specific parts related work I generally do it at dealer as they are more proficient in their products. I have been getting free oil change at this dealership for almost ten years !! If you buy brand new car from them. I am not sure about now what's their but hey I am not complaining but complimenting them. Further, they provide a coupon to get a free car wash from Hoffman's Carwash in town as a bonus. Pricing of work done is similar to other big brands like Firestone Monroe etc. So that's it for today but yes they have a pickup and delivery service for their customers. I left my car at dealership on Sunday evening , filled out a form at their designated box and left keys in it and parked the car in their lot. Appointment was taken via phone to do the work beforehand. Then after they checked the service and called me for additional work like two bulbs were burned out needing replacement which I okayed it. Once the work was done they called me up and I said I need a ride to get to their shop and they sent their driver to pick me up in less then 10 minutes as he was available. I was just browsing, out of curiosity of the Hyundai brand, until Joe came out and said hello. Joe made sure I found what I was looking for, got me a better price than the sticker and stayed true to everything that was said to come with the vehicle. Shopping at miller was a breeze and I couldn't be happier! There was no pressure what do ever, especially compared to other dealers where it feels like you can't even leave the lot. I wish I could give them zero stars. Their service center does everything but provide service. In the past, my friends and family would laugh at some of the things they told me needed to be done and then I'd go back for an oil change or something unrelated and magically those things would magically no longer be needed. They told me I needed brakes done when I just had them done by another trusted mechanic in the area, but since it wasn't on their record they tried to pull a fast one on me. Well this time, I got my oil changed and within 2,000 miles my oil light came on. Mind you this is a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe sport with less than 54,000 miles on it. They told me I had NO OIL. Was this due to a shitty oil change on their part or a faulty engine that burns too much oil (a well-known issue that anyone who googled it could figure out! lawsuits and blogs about it everywhere!) Hyundai told me I needed a new motor and it would be $8,000 because Hyundai of America wouldn't cover their faulty engines nor honor the 100,000 mile engine warranty that my vehicle was well under! Instead, they blamed me, the customer, for "poor maintenance" all because they didn't have all my records of maintenance I've had on the vehicle since I bought it off them in 2017. They told me the case was finalized and I could call Hyundai myself to argue it? once again placing everything on the customer just so they could wipe their hands clean of it. You know what they wiped themselves clean of? Me and anyone I can tell about my experience of ever purchasing a car or having car services done there ever again. I'm putting my experience out there for everyone and anyone to hear because it has been by far the worst customer service from Miller Hyundai and Hyundai of America that I have ever experienced in my life. Thanks for nothing! Oh, and if anyones wondering how to fix the new reports of Kia/Hyundai vehicles getting broken into, the service men told a couple in the shop while I was there to "put a bike lock on your steering wheel. Hopefully these guys will see that and get scared away". That couple's response was the same as mine... hell no to Hyundai as a future vehicle option! read more

I was floored by how nice the sales staff was when I bought my car. My sales advisor was Terri Farrell, and she was extremely patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and wonderful. I test drove several cars, and decided to buy one car and drew up the paperwork. Shortly afterwards, I changed my mind and wished I had taken a different model instead. I called them up, and they were extremely accommodating and set up new paperwork for a different car instead. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the service that I received, and felt absolutely no pressure at all while purchasing my vehicle. Today, I just brought in my CR-V for its first 3750 mile scheduled maintenance/oil change, and they went over the entire car and did a complete checkpoint and assessment. It only took about 45 minutes (which I spent in the waiting room, loaded with breakfast, coffee, drinks, juice, and snacks, and it was all free, apparently because I have "oil changes for life!" Yay! I am very happy that I bought my car at Miller, am extremely satisfied with the service afterwards, and highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a car! read more

I have pirchased two cars from them in the last 5 years. Both with 10 year warranties. I haven't had many issues with the cars but when I have the service department hasn't returned my phone calls. I have left three messages over a five day period with no response. I will never buy another vehicle there again. read more

I have never written a negative review in my life. And I've written plenty of positive reviews. I have read and reread this review to make sure it is fair and balanced. I am a mechanic at heart, fixed many issues on my car myself. I took my car to Miller Hyundai for the first time every. The car definitely needed an alternator. I also had a wiper motor linkage arm problem ( the motor was fine because I could clearly hear it when I turned it on when the car was shut off). After looking at the car they called me stating that an oil leak caused the alternator to go and it was going to cost $1900 to fix, they recommended to change most of the oil gaskets. In addition they told me that my rear brake pads were close to being replaced and the one of the brake cylinders was frozen. In addition to that, they said that the wiper motor was bad and that it was getting proper power. I told them to fix the alternator and oil leak, I'll take care of the rest. $2600 later I got my car back fixed. Here is the issue, I spent all weekend working on my car. I reconfirmed that my wiper motor was fine. I bought new rear brake pads only to find that the pads were still very good, and my real caliper was NOT frozen. I'm wondering if all the oil seal really needed to be replaced or did the exaggerate the issue? They did good work on those items that were bad, however, they falsely diagnosed several problems that would have jacked my bill up even higher. read more

I ran into this Hyundai service center 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday with an "emergency" issue. A sensor wasn't reading properly and as a result my interior lights would not shut off. Afraid my battery would die if I didn't get this fixed ASAP, they helped me out immediately and at no charge. read more

Difficult to change rating on 1 experience. We purchased a new car from them and have taken a prior purchase auto from them for ?15 years. The services were big timing belt and 3 sets premium tires and small. inspection, premium oil... I phoned trying to get an appointment for the latter and left a message with 3 different numbers and ?people and was advised that it would be returned ASAP 10 days and more later I am still waiting. I always tip generously $15 even for trivial service. They are always too busy to detail the car. Is this their new best? read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They wasted 2 hours of my time, got me to sign a lease under false pretenses because of an error they made in their calculations, then refused to honor it. They got my hopes up and were extremely rude in how they went about the situation. Never doing business here again. read more
