It was there for three hours for an oil change on two cars and they only got one done didn't bother to mention anything that they weren't gonna get it done. Just let me wait. Was unhappy about that. Spoke with the manager and service manager was promised to be taken care of. Went there with another appointment was Saturday morning first thing and they still made me wait a half hour before they even pulled my car when I was first person of the day And to look for an exhaust leak the which they said was fine. Took it to Cole muffler and there was a hole in the could put your hand in so obviously mechanics don't work on Saturdays. Makes me wonder about my oil change so I didn't go there for a year and a half and then I had a dealer problem on my equinox called to speak with Jack the service manager to see if remembered my incident last time he couldn't come to the phone when he was twice. Jen finally picked up. Explain the situation to her told. I would be contacted by the end of the day and that was two days ago, so obviously Matthews does not care Michael Ryder is one of the problems because he won't return calls or follow he says so if you be lied to mistreated go to Matthew Chevrolet because they have it mastered

I even sent an email looking for an explanation about the mix up and they couldn't even be bothered to replay. What a lousy way to treat a potential customer right from the same neighborhood your business is in. I'll be sure to tell everyone about how well you treated me...That you can count on...Last time they'll EVER have an opportunity to sell me anything...

    Leo and the crew at Priceline Auto in Johnson City, NY sold me an excellent one-owner Toyota…read moreTacoma. The deal was very fair Leo and his folks were very friendly and accommodating. There was a small issue with a sensor that they took care of quickly and completely. I live about 100 miles away from the dealership so they saved me a trip by setting me up with a repair shop close to home who took care of the problem. I recall reading a generally negative review on another site where the customer complained that the company seemed a little too laid back and its employees seemed to be more interested in watching a soccer match on television than selling cars. For me, that was a plus, not a minus. Unlike visits to other car dealerships where it seems as if the sales rep is always trying to convince me that I am his/her new best friend, Leo and the folks at Priceline are not those phony, cookie cutter car sales reps, but just decent people trying to do a good job for their customers. I think that they realize that they won't make every sale but that if they treat their customers and would-be customers properly, they will come out far ahead in the long run. These are the type of people that I enjoy doing business with. I highly recommend!
