They failed to diagnose a basic problem. Damaged the car and commit fraud when they did not tell me and tried to cover up their screw up. Now they will not refund my money and pay for new parts. So, what Goodyear committed fraud and now they want me to accept discount repair. Even after they acknowledge the fraud (failure to notify the damage they tried covering up).

And the damaged our transfer case and they refused to replace it with a new part after not telling us they damaged it (fraud). We had a heartfelt conversation about my medical journey, medical miracles like hip replacements, cars, and more.
