Decided to post a review after two positive experiences with Miller Motors today. I have been taking my 2015 Ram to them for service / oil changes for the past two years or so and always had a pleasant experience. Today was no different, except for they "made my day". First I had an appointment to have my parking brake line reattached (it had dropped) and the Service writer (I didn't catch her name) said it would be $115 to look at it and determine the repair. Some what surprised at the $115 ( which I assume is the hourly shop rate ) I said that seemed high given we could both see what the problem is ( you could see the line hanging under the truck ) she, without prompting lowered to $50 which would have been my deductible for the repair under warranty. They reattached the line etc. for the $50. I was impressed that she had the authority to make customer service decisions on the spot. I then went across the street to their body shop and asked that they look at my drivers door which was misaligned. Travis looked at it and said they see this all the time and would adjust "no charge" and said it would only take a few minutes. He took my keys on the spot and drove the truck around to the service bay and brought it back ten minutes later. To say the least, I was thoroughly impressed. I seriously just pulled into the shop, no appointment and drove off 15 minutes later with a no charge adjustment! I can easily say that has never happened before with ANY service provider! Horrible place to do business with. Do not buy any car from there. They don't deserve any business and should be put out of business. I was sold a lemon and lied to and sold me a warranty as well. Check engine light came on and they erase the code and say they fix and and same problems. They got paid 16k for a car that cant drive. Do not buy and car from them. They are shady and neal miller is a crook and should be held liable since its all in his hands only. Who is taking advantage of people. read more

I do NOT recommend! Our 24 Durango was towed, using Dodge Roadside Assistance to Miller Motors and Mike the service person tried to charge us $700 for work that is covered under warranty. He also badmouthed the tow truck driver, using profanity and saying he had 3 DUI's. Then while our Durango was in their possession, we got alerted it was being driven in excess of 95MPH!! twice! They denied driving it but who knows! We were told two different stories as to where they test drove our vehicle. They are a complete pain to deal with and I would never recommend. read more

Terrible experience this afternoon at Miller Ford. Had an appointment at 3 o'clock for new tires, (four tires to be exact)! Anyway, got to the dealership at 2:30 PM (early) after I took off early from work. Got to the information desk, and they also asked me if I would like an alignment after the tires were mounted. I said what the heck ... yes. Long story short... I waited three hours in the waiting room for four tires to be put on my car. The service tech came to me a half an hour before they were finished to tell me there was a downtime with the spin balancer. Also they wouldn't be able to get to my alignment, because they were closing at 5 PM. Why would you offer to give me an alignment, if you knew you couldn't do it? Also why did it take them all that time to tell me that there was something wrong with the spin balancer while I waited in an a half waiting room? I missed an appointment...and I guess that was my fault for waiting. And, here's the big question? If you're that busy, why would you take on a tire change if you couldn't support it with staff? I usually come here, but I think I should've went to Lois tire, which was my first choice. And here's the grand finale... Besides " I am sorry," they didn't even offer me a free car wash or maybe half off an alignment on a future day. They just said "sorry" because they had to get home at 5 o'clock! I am all alone in the waiting room, and all the staff is jumping ship like it's sinking. Where is the courtesy, and professionalism? The customer does not come first at this establishment. Take your car here if you want your car broken. Went to get and oil change and tire rotation. When I was driving home I heard something dragging. They couldn't figure out how to put the skid plate on so they just left it to drag. I wouldn't trust them to do anything else to my car, not even fix what they broke. read more

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service in the auto body shop . September of 23 my truck was damaged from a car wash and miller repaired it . The weekend of the 13 of april I had a piece of molding come of that they repaired ,but they declind to fix it . All it needed to be glued down again but they said no . Ill well never to go to them again . This is the secoud time thay to tooked advantage of me there want be a third time . A one star is to good to for them . I bought a used 2012 Dodge Caravan last yr at the end of July. The FIRST MONTH the Resonator failed, the lift hatch failed and fell on my child's head, the rear brakes went bad and the alternator failed. So .... 1.Resonator $105.73 2.Rear brakes and rotors $290 3.Alternator $622.10 4.Rear lift gate $318.19 After less then a MONTH of having this vehicle $1,336.02 was put into it. The warranty covered all BUT the lift gate ($318 out of pocket) which was great. HOWEVER!! Here I am a year and a couple months after purchasing this vehicle the TIPM went bad and is $1400 to fix. So in 1 year $2736 has been put into a $6000 dollar van. I feel totally screwed. For my FIRST ever car off of a lot/dealership this is NOT the experience I wanted to have. Still paying on a van I can't drive. I don't have $1400 to put into this vehicle. I'm still making payments for God's sake!! read more

Worst place I've ever been. They misdiagnosed my car and had my car there for 2 weeks was not working on it not only that but, kept letting me drive away with it when they didn't fix the problem. The mechanic dalton was guessing what was wrong with my car and didn't take it apart to look at it and tried to get me to pay $2,000 for them to repair my car, Keith the service manager told me that dalton was still in school and couldn't look at my car for another week. thank god I got a second opinion by a real mechanic. read more

I stopped by for a recall and oil change. Debbie was the person a talked to and was not impressed. She is way to pushy while she tries to do too many things at once. Zero listening skills I decided to give miller's service dept. another shot. I went in for an oil change and asked Debbie if she could look at my tires and suggest replacements for better winter performance. The reply I got from Debbie was "I don't know anything about tires". After hearing that I left without having anything done - that's the last attempt I'll be making here. read more

I saw the car I wanted to get online and email them if I can schedule a time to see it. Scott contacted me and helped me out from the beginning to the end. I came in the car was there and ended up get it. Scott made me feel welcomed and was a very big help. took truck in to be serviced for a leak causing water to pool under floor mats. Were told to pick up tonight and repairs would be done when the part came in ETA undetermined. Sent us home with a truck soaked with water from diagnosing the issue... waiting for repairs now need to address water/moisture damage. you'd think they'd at least send us home with a dry truck so we can safely store it in the garage while waiting for the part . Better yet... offer a loaner and dry the truck out keeping it safely stored in the shop until it is in working condition. read more

Ken Hanson was my salesman at Miller Motors and was able to direct me to not only a car that I love, but a car that I can afford. He made multiple searches to find the details and color I wanted. He knows a great detail of information, which made the car buying process easy. Now that is all said and done, I am coming back to review a little bit more. When I was getting the financing done and papers signed, I was showed the extended warranty details. Because cars are pretty much all technology now, I thought it would be a good idea to get this warranty. I was told it would be the one lump sum that is added to my loan and it is for a total of ten years. Well i come to receive my extended warranty booklet in the mail and it says I have a $100 deductible. Never was I told about this deductible on this extended warranty, as I wouldn't have taken it. I emailed my sales rep and he said he forwarded my email to their finance man on 4/2. Have yet to hear from them. I guess depending on someone to walk you through paperwork and programs is the wrong way to go. Lesson learned. read more

10/5/2020 Total Lack Of Customer Service....don't waste your time, as it means nothing to them. I brought in my vehicle for my appointment regarding a recall repair and the service department employee advised this would take about 30 minutes to complete, so I waited on site. 40 minutes later I was advised it would be... and I quote, " a few minutes longer". So I continued waited on site for my vehicle. The service department could see me in the waiting room, but did not bother to update me again. After more than 2 and a half hours, my vehicle was returned to me, with NO apology or explanation of the lengthy delay. I was upset and confused by the lack of communication or even basic customer service skills demonstrated by the Service Department at Miller Motors, as I have ALWAYS been treated with respect and consideration by other Ford dealerships. I contacted Miller Motors the next day to bring this issue to their attention via PM on facebook, as the service department IS open on Saturday and I wanted to give them the chance to explain this issue privately. I was ignored until I contacted them late Monday morning and then I was told how they did the work for free implying that I should be satisfied with that. It was a mandatory recall from Ford!!! not a free service! Never again will I waste my time with this company. read more

I've used both the body shop and service department now and I am very happy with their service and attention to customer service. I had an oil leak, went in for apt, they got me in on schedule, was clear on the process of what the issue was, said it would be about an hour and a half to fix, they got it done within the estimated time and were very polite. The oil leak is fixed and thanks for your help! Whatever training you have there keep it up because Larry in the body shop and Jason in the service department were very easy to work with. read more

Purchased a used truck in Oct 2017. They treated me fair. Sales staff was friendly and outgoing. Apparently the finance department is not on the same page. The truck was discounted, they offered me a fair price for my trade. I spoke to the finance person, we discussed what banks they use. We agreed on that, months later I received multiple letters from banks and other lenders and after reviewing my credit score it appears they not only contacted my bank but 7 others. They screwed up the dollar amount, I had to go back to them and have it fixed. Plus what they submitted to the State and what I received and signed were two totally different figures. I would assume that a company that has been in business this long would have there ducks in a row. I do not think I would purchase anything from them again. read more

I have no problem with the oil change service, even the usual long wait time. I just wish Debbie had a better attitude when greeting me. Every time I come in it feels like she's trying to deter me from staying for the oil change by stressing the fact (in a not so nice, sharp tone) that it will be a long wait. When I come for a service, I don't like to feel like the business is trying to get rid of me. I can make the decision if I want to wait the amount of time she says it will be. My husband has had the same experience every time he comes for his oil changes. I understand a fast paced environment can be stressful, but a kind and pleasant attitude goes a long way. read more

The worst experience when buying used vehicles. Bought a 2009 traverse from here paid full asking price in cash. Was told nothing was wrong with it and had a warranty I had nothing but problems upon problems and they would hang up on me or give me the run around until my warranty expired then told me to fuck off. I purchased a car from Miller Moters 3 years ago and the car buying experience was great, however, I have had numerous issues with the service department. The last time I took it in to get an oil change and have my tires rotated, it took an hour and 15 minutes and I discovered when I got home that they never rotated my tires. I know because I had one of the rims marked and it was still in the same spot on the car. When I called they wouldn't put me through to the manager and were rude. I went back to try again, but they said they had 5 cars in front of me and they would be closing before they could get to mine. I sent 2 emails to the service manager and have yet to receive a response and I sent the first email 2 weeks ago. I have had other issues with the service department prior to this as well. I purchased new tires from them, pre-ordered the tires and set up the appointment only to get there and be told that they never put the order in for the tires and they didn't have them. They also told me at one point that my battery was failing and I needed a new one, but they could not have gotten an accurate reading on it because of all the corrosion, so I had someone else clean off the corrosion and test it and it was fine. read more

I totally agree with Erika K's comment above. Except we were fortunate to not have driven the hour and 20 mins down there. I had cash and an appt to look at a used truck that I was buying for my dad. I had spoken to Lori (who was very awesome) but since we couldn't come until after work she told us to ask for Travis. My husband got out of work late and I called Travis and asked him if we could still come. He wanted to reschedule to a different day since we wouldn't be there until close to closing time and by then he would have been there 12 hours already. So I asked him if there was someone else who could stay for a likely sale. He said he couldn't ask anyone else to stay later. He said this "why don't you leave work early since you expect me to stay late"....um why don't you sell that car to someone else. And CLICK, he hung up on me. read more

I went to Millers today with every intention of buying a new car. We walked around for about 15 minutes looking at the two I liked, and no one came out to help us. No problem, we'll go inside. When we walked in, I stated I wanted to test drive two cars on the lot. The response from the sales associate, "We close in twenty minutes." What. The. Heck. I went to Millers because I saw two cars online I wanted to look at, and we drove 40 minutes to go there only to get told they close in 20 minutes after we walked around for 15. That is not only rude, but extremely disrespectful. We will not be back. I also filed a formal complaint with BBB. read more

Excellent experience buying our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee!! We found the car online, 2 hours away, and talked to Ken on the phone and via email. He gave us all the info we needed to feel confident driving to the dealership. He was on vacation the day we could come but had Steve Halbach ready to help us! The sales experience was no pressure, no haggle, no hassle etc, just a super easy and enjoyable experience! The financial manager Bob Haisler was also great getting us set up with our car loan through our credit union. They also exceeded our expectations by offering a longer certified Jeep warranty then others offered (12m 12,000miles instead of 3m 3,000miles) and the dealership offers an awesome lifetime warranty on the engine and transmission, wow! They asked if we wanted to buy an extended warranty through another company but didn't pressure us when we said no thanks. They take pride in their dealership and their community and take care of all their customers! We highly recommend this dealership, worth the drive for sure even if you aren't local like us. read more
