My child is getting treatment here. From the first time we walked in, the staff was very friendly. They made us feel welcomed. The waiting room was comfortable with a variety of coffees, Capri Suns and fruit bars. When we were called to the back office, I noticed how clean and organized the office was. Also, how accommodating the staff and doctor are and their dedication to making the child feel comfortable. They have a variety of things to choose from to make your child feel more relaxed and comfortable when getting treatment. The staff and doctors explain everything really throughly. One of the things I really like, you can text them any questions or concerns you have and they get back you quickly. My experience here has been nothing but positive so far. I love the fact that Dr Miller isn't quick to pull the trigger on 2 phases for braces. Both of my boys have only needed 1 phase. Appointments are easy to make or change. Once you arrive, it is very efficient process. In regards to the billing process, we use our FSA to pay and they have it setup to automatically deduct. They worked directly with our dental insurance to get reimbursed for that portion. They offer other discount options as well and different billing options. They definitely are willing to work with everyone. The staff is always helpful and the office is clean. I know there are many options for braces but we are so glad that we chose Dr Miller! read more

Therefore, I have had to go through a number of corrections as an adult.
