This office is wonderful!! Jean really helped me out! I had a sudden swelling spot near my wisdom tooth, and even though I'd never been here before, Jean processed my information super fast and was able to see me quickly. He also gave me tons of information about my next steps and filled out the forms I'd need for a CT scan referral. He really made sure I understood all the different options I had and more about what was going on with my teeth. And he's really friendly and funny! Super awesome employee!! Honestly, I never yelp. It doesn't come within me, but this place is horrible. The person in the front with tattoos was so rude and unprofessional and sarcastically answered my questions until I told him stop being sarcastic. How unprofessional is that? made me feel uncomfortable having my son being there getting treated for an extraction I've never felt uncomfortable at any place like this I will not recommend going here. I was also considering having my son get his braces here, but that's a no go absolutely I will not be coming here again. No I will have My Son be sitting on a chair with rude people. I don't ever write reviews, and I also don't understand all the bad reviews left on here by prior patients. Gene, the dental assistant, and Dr. Sandra gave me better care in one consultation + exam + X-rays than I have ever received in past dental visits anywhere else. I have an extreme panic disorder that stops me from addressing dental work/concerns until I am in pain or at risk of losing teeth, I called dental magic knowing I was going to need a lot of work done. I told them my history and about my anxiety and they gave me reassurance which is honestly the number one most important thing to me. The entire staff there is kind and caring! Gene is great! He really knows his shit and is so knowledgeable and the Dr. is just the sweetest lady!. I booked an appointment for teeth filing repair. They accepted my appointment. When I showed up, they informed me I need to do an xray and teeth cleaning for first appointment. Paid $100 to be told I need to have a root canal at a different specialist office, not a teeth filing repair, then come back to do the crown and other work recommended like deep cleaning + cavity. I wanted to schedule an appointment on Saturday for the deep cleaning and cavity, just to find out the Saturday schedule is ONLY for a special type of dental, NOT ALL of their services. I found a place that would be able to perform both general dental and root canal, so I called to cancel the appointment and asked them to email me my xray results on the phone. I have always joked that the dentist is my favorite place because I love the way the cleanings feel! I have never in my life had a negative dental experience until I came to Dental Magic. I came in with my husband and our 3 teenagers. We were told when we booked that the 5 appointments would take 1 hour and 30 minutes at the most. We arrived on time. We waited for about 30 minutes before the first child was called in. After about 30 mins my son came back out to the waiting room to say that they had left him in the chair and hadn't been back to even begin the x-rays. Long story made somewhat shorter, after being at the dentist for 2 hours, only my children and I had been seen. They were nowhere near ready to even take my husband back. My husband canceled his appointment because we had no idea how long it would take before he was seen by someone. During the 2 hours at the dentist: -I was told that my kids had 5,6, and 7 cavities. They haven't had many cavities in their lives, so this was a shock -The x-rays were painful for everyone, my mouth was bleeding by the end -The dentist spoke with me only for a few moments and mostly focused on asking me if I wanted braces or not- I am an adult woman who has never had orthodontic work or has even been suggested to go to an orthodontist -The hygenist put a paste on my teeth and walked off. No water to wash it with, no instructions, nothing. -My gums were poked at my gums and caused me intense pain when my mouth was examined. I have never had an examination hurt so badly -My husband waited without so much as an update After this horrible experience, I found another dentist. I brought my children in for a check-up today and was told that none of them have any cavities. The new dentist carefully looked over the x-rays with me and explained to me all the details of what was happening with my kids' teeth. They were appalled that we had been told that the kids had between 5-7 cavities each. I truly believe that this business is trying to con people into getting unnecessary dental work, such as filling cavities that do not exist. read more

Getting my braces done here and could't be happier. The receptionist is super friendly, the dentist is very kind and informational, and the dental assistants are all very nice. Don't have one bad thing to say about the staff. This location is also very flexible which is a huge reason i go here. I have broken a bracket once and had a wire pop out another. I showed up without calling and even though it seemed to be their off day ( no dentist, and no dental assistants, and no customers, lights were dimmed) the receptionist who also happened to be a dental assistant actually fixed me up right then and there, twice! I Bought Etna dental plan with reduced rate payment plan for my son. Made appointment. Upon visiting this office, This insurance was not accepted by the doctor. Although this doctor is listed on the insurance plan as discovered upon calling Insurance company. The pain was severe, the cavity was filled and I had to pay cash close to $200 instead of $106 as explained by Insurance company. The customer service of insurance company was suppose to investigate and get back to me. 2 wks gone by no response. Calling today, I was informed that they left message few times on doctor's office. No response. This doctor do accept Etna PPO but not reduced rate policy. I Spoke to this doctor's office after the appointment and explained every thing. She (don't want to mention name) was suppose to get back to me. No response. Pure greed. Service to humanity is forgotten. Love and passion has disappeared. Greed rules. The office was clean, the staff was really nice and helpful, and the doctors were really great at going over our plan and getting our questions answered. We went with Dental Magic for my daughters braces because the price was amazing, the experience we had was great, and they offered a really simple payment plan. I've been going to an amazing dentist for years. He's very honest. However, with the holiday season right up on us, I decided to to try Dental Magic. (It was cheaper.) I was told from Dental Magic that I had around 14 cavaties. I almost fell over. I was super shocked because I regularly have my teeth cleaned and was not told within the past year that I even had one cavity. Instead of setting up my next appointment, I went and had a second opinion from the dentist whom I've been going to for years. He told me that I don't have ANY cavaties. In fact his exact words were "there is nothing in your mouth that I would drill at." I will not be going back here again. Also, to anyone who receives a diagnosis like that I highly recommend you get a second opinion. :/ read more

Stay away. I came here for a regular check up and they said, "Oh your teeth are already clean. We don't need to clean it!" Then they charged my insurance for a cleaning they never gave me. Also had an appointment with Dr. Sandra Rodriguez but ended up with Dr. Quack, some weird dentist who told me I have four cavities. Horrible experience. They advertise a package which includes; X-Rays, Consultation & Cleaning. I have my regular dentists but since I need to get cleaning every 3 months, I tried to take advantage of their $39 dollars cleaning. All it was/is just a way to lur victims. NO CLEANING, when I asked for the cleaning, they gave me bunch of BS but no cleaning. Please stay away from here...there are plenty of good and honest dentists in the area.
