I called to see about making an appointment and the receptionist was so very helpful in articulating the potential issues I could be facing based on my description of the failure. She set me up for a service call that very afternoon, and my technician, Jeff, arrived just a bit early. I fully expected a worst case scenario diagnosis and a hard sell for new doors and openers. Imagine my surprise when Jeff told me the doors I had were actually in pretty good shape. He talked with me about what was happening on the failed door and made some observations about the door that was still functioning. Not once did he push me to buy something I didn't need. He explained various models of openers available, and he educated me about the way springs should work and showed me where mine were compromised. In return for his excellent information, I requested new springs and openers for both of my garage doors. Jeff came back today to complete the work we discussed.
