Pulled up to the garage with a carload of groceries, pushed the opener and heard "doink." After figuring out which key opened the front door, I immediately called Priority Garage. The young lady who answered the phone said they could have someone out later that afternoon! What a relief! Jacob showed up within the time frame and began work at once. He did a complete inspection of our system and talked to me about our garage door usage, etc. He quickly diagnosed the issue, talked to us about options, and repaired the door. I called to have a broken spring replaced and they came out the same day, earlier than they said they would. The work was done quickly and professionally. Jake Tumberger was very personable and professional. Would suggest you check out their website for specials before you have the work done. (I could have saved $75 IF I had done that.) Had them replace a broken garage door cable on 2/22/24, ended up with new cables and springs on both sides at $499 with minus 10% discount with 6% tax surcharge all placed on my credit card. After review I found that they overcharged me $42.29 as they failed to provide the agreed to discount of 10%. They have yet to refund/adjust the overcharge to my credit card after they agreed to do so per phone conversation on 2/23/2024. Found out there is another local owned company with the same identical name also operating in this area of NW Missouri. read more

The lady who answered asked detailed questions and was able to troubleshoot the issue we were having with door #1 right over the phone and get it working again. I scheduled a service call to have a technician come over and inspect door #2 as it was running really rough. I received a text confirmation for the appointment and another one when the technician was on his way over. It showed his name, his picture and a short bio. He arrived on time and fixed the issue we were having in quick order. He made sure to give both of our garage door openers a good once over, tightened the chains, greased all of the moving pieces and all for just the cost of the service call (no extra nickel and dimes for the screws and supplies.) He was pleasant and efficient and I am kicking myself I didn't call sooner. Very pleased!
