I'm happy to report I had a great experience! Starting with my initial phone call. The lady who answered asked detailed questions and was able to troubleshoot the issue we were having with door #1 right over the phone and get it working again. I scheduled a service call to have a technician come over and inspect door #2 as it was running really rough. I received a text confirmation for the appointment and another one when the technician was on his way over. It showed his name, his picture and a short bio. He arrived on time and fixed the issue we were having in quick order. He made sure to give both of our garage door openers a good once over, tightened the chains, greased all of the moving pieces and all for just the cost of the service call (no extra nickel and dimes for the screws and supplies.) He was pleasant and efficient and I am kicking myself I didn't call sooner. Very pleased!

Since I was at the hospital, I couldn't be home to let them in so I left the door unlocked. They installed the new opener and keypad and set the code for me. Paid them over the phone without even seeing the work that was done. Got home that evening and everything was perfect. Other than the new opener, I couldn't tell they'd even been there. I called and texted them and when they called back I was told I had signed a contract, and the parts had arrived.
