I haven't been here in awhile, so I decided to order food from here. I ordered the Tailgater, which is ribs and fries. It came with zingers, but I don't eat chicken. So I gave them to my son. My husband had the Blackened shrimp and chicken Cobb salad. That's a huge salad. I shared my food with my son, since he chose to eat somewhere else. Sasha was the best bartender. My drinks were amazing. Unfortunately I came in 2 hours before last call. But I will return. Sasha replaced my cold fries which I ordered with my Fish and chips. Stepped out with some friends to try a new restaurant and we went to Miller's Ale House! It was 4 of us and even though we didn't have a reservation we were quickly seated. We optd for the bar so we could have the best views of all of the games that were on. Our bartender was great, she made sure we were well taken care of, gave us food and drink recommendations, and she made sure we had everything we needed when our food came out. I'd go out of my way to eat here, and barkeep Robin put a bow on the experience. Wednesday night and I needed something to eat. Stopped in, and although nice, the place didn't seem remarkable. Ordered a cheeseburger, medium, and swapped a house salad for the fries. Just $1.99 extra, so I didn't have great expectations. The salad was heaping, fresh, well-manicured, and came with really good ranch. I was surprised. Robin, anticipated the challenge of handling such a large salad, and brought an extra big bowl to deal with it. She anticipated my sloppy eating habits too, and brought three napkins to deal with the burger, which (because it actually came out medium) was tasty, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and still managed to have some crust on it. Excellent. I'm pretty picky about burgers, but this hit the nail on the head. What's more, service like Robin's, which meets your needs before you even know them, is what really makes a place your favorite. When I'm back in town, I'll definitely stop by. Why not five stars? As I always do, it was time to try somewhere new for date night and the winner was Miller's Ale House in Fayetteville. As I have driven past the location numerous times, I was excited to finally be trying it. Miller's Ale House has ample parking and displays beautiful curb appeal. Sitting right on the main road, the location is easy to find and starts the customer experience from the moment you turn into the parking lot. The power of presentation and how it relates to happiness is undeniable. Walking in, the hostess was deeply engrossed in scrolling social media on her phone while at the hostess stand. She was so engrossed that I stood there to see if she would acknowledge me to no avail. It wasn't until I cleared my throat that she looked up from her phone. To add insult to injury, she looked up from her phone, looked at me, looked back to her phone, closed out her app, put her phone in her pocket THEN she addressed me with "how many!" No welcome. No hello. Nothing. Though her service was far below acceptable, the ambiance of the restaurant drew me in and I decided to stay. Moving past that detractor experience, I decided to sit at the bar as a table was a 20 minute wait. The bar area continues the upbeat and vibrant ambiance as it sits off in its own world to the right of the entrance. Also, the exterior was offered a view of the patio which displayed the well maintained curb appeal and patio area. The bartender greeted us with a huge smile and welcomed us into Miller's Ale House. She understood the importance of customer service. She provided us with menus, took our drink order, and allowed us time to review the menu. Providing a variation of items, the Miller's Ale House menu presents an American fare then with a few added attractions. LoL. There's something for everyone. After going back and forth between sirloin or salmon, I decided on: Appetizer: Mozzarella Sticks. Main Dish: Atlantic Salmon 8-ounce filet, blackened with the veggie medley and mashed potatoes w/ gravy. The food was an absolute 10 out of 10. The Mozzarella sticks were crunchy on the outside and ooey gooey on the inside with an abundance of cheese. The cheese was melted all the way through and when biting into them, you got the cheese string stretch that comes with a perfectly cooked stick. Loved them. The Salmon was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. It was tender and moist and melted on my tongue. The blackened seasoning paired well with the mashed potatoes, which acted as the perfect side. The mashed potatoes held its ground as its own dish, but it didn't overshadow the salmon. The veggie medley was fresh, light, and had minimal seasoning to allow for the natural flavor of each veggie to have a moment of taste but pleasing. Even with the horrible hostess experience, the service provided by the bartender turned my entire night around. Paired with the good food and enjoyable ambiance, I am sure to return. read more

Came here with some friends and experience was pretty good! Had a large party and didn't wait too long to get seated. The food was great and warm. Would recommend the wings! It wasn't too loud and we were all able to talk to each other. Staff was mostly nice, but our waitress was not great at filling the drinks. We had a toddler with us that got the kids meal that came with the ice cream and she did not bring it out so we had to ask for it. The kitchen was backed up but she was in constant communication with us so not too bad. We watched the football and baseball game because every direction was a tv so we didn't miss anything. I came to this restaurant because I know they have good food. I walked in and everything was clean and they had the open concept. The hostess was very professional and welcoming. Our waitress Lupe was very approachable and had a friendly personality. What I did noticed it was that she would only focus on one table at a time rather the all her tables. I waited for a bit on an additional marinara sauce while she went to the kitchen twice and helped the table next to us twice. I used to be a waiter so I would try to attend to 2 or 3 tables on my way back. I had the filet and I asked for a Medium Rare temperature. I was delivered a medium well filet which it was kind of leathery when you cook a steak a lot. Maybe the Chef needs a bit more training but nothing that can't improve. We also had bbq zingers and mozzarella sticks and they were on point. Visited this location with my coworker on a Saturday afternoon after a morning filled with elementary sports. It is in a great location that needed another sports/entertainment bar. We sat at the bar in the "Florida room" that's located to the right of when you walk in. The room is a sunroom that has garage doors that I'm assuming they open when the weather is great. We only ordered drinks due to prior obligations so we didn't have a lot of time. The drinks were pretty great. I hate that I cannot remember our bartender's name but she definitely did her thing on our drinks. And to top it off, the drinks were very reasonably priced. The worst experience! Ordered 6 wings with sauce on side, sweet tea and a baked potato. Sat 30 mins waiting for an order only for the waitress to come and tell me that they had tossed my wings instead of putting sauce on the side. I told her to just bring them anyway because I really needed to get going somehow she takes it upon herself to tell the kitchen to drop me more wings and comes back to the table to deliver the baked potato and to tell me that they're cooking me some more wings. I told her I told you to just bring the wings because I really don't have time to wait for another bag and she said well. I don't have the other wings now so if you don't want the new ones being cooked then you'll just have to pay for the baked potato and sweet tea and I told her I wasn't paying for anything because that's not the complete meal that I intended. I finally tried the new Miller's Ale House in Fayetteville, GA for dinner. I first signed in to be seated, they said the wait was 25 minutes. There were about 10-12 people waiting, so I sat and waited for a few. Then realized I could sit at the bar and order food. Chandra was my server/bartender. I had a wonderful Chicken and Shrimp Cobb salad that was massive (I brought half of it home) and some adult beverages. The shrimp were grilled, and seasoned well, the chicken was served cold. There was a lot of everything!! They have a great selection of draft beer, and it was served ice cold, just the way I like it!! The music in the bar was good, and there were basketball games on every TV. If I could give a zero rating, I would. My family and I came in today looking forward to trying this restaurant for the first time. The restaurant had very few people in there eating at the time yet there were many employees throughout. After getting seated by the hostess, we didn't have a single person talk to us for the 20 minutes we sat there. Not one person acknowledged us. Not a glance, not a smile, not a "hello we'll be right with you"... literally nothing. Yet the hostess, multiple servers, and other staff walked by us countless times. They were not busy. They were just casually milling around. We were constantly trying to make eye contact with somebody so they would notice us and help us. All to no avail. After finally getting fed up, we left. That was the first time we were acknowledged since we were seated. The hostess waved and told us to have a good night. The sad part was, we were sitting at the table immediately next to the hostess stand. She walked by us multiple times, yet we were never served. No food, no one even got waters. We couldn't. We were never asked. Or acknowledged.. We were leaving because we were unhappy, and she was none the wiser. We will never come back. On the bright side, we headed over to old Chicago... I wasn't expecting much there either, but we were pleasantly surprised. Absolutely blown away by their customer service and their food. I'm truly disappointed because I have had some good food at the Alpharetta location and this location. Not sure if it is certain cooks that's cooking better than others. I literally saw my drink sitting at the bar for 25 mins, and no one thought to run drinks. Like the bar was full of drinks ready to be served to guests-- and even the MANAGER overlooked them, and continued to only focus on running food. So the communication is off, which in turn impacts the service of the bar-- needs work. The prices of the drinks are amazing, and I would've bought more but who really wants to wait that long? We were a party of nine that went on a Sunday evening after our spiritual assembly. I called ahead to see if reservations were needed. They said they don't do reservations and it's not that busy so seating shouldn't be a problem. We arrive and was warmly greeted and seated at two tables right away. We asked if we could put the tables together in order to speak with each other. They said they don't move around tables. They took our drink orders. Then told us they're going to put the tables together for gratuity. We were a bit taken aback by that but just went along with it to be peaceable. The ones who ordered alcoholic beverages (Long Island, Mojito, and Margarita) did not enjoy it and hoped the food would be better. The margarita was prepared incorrectly so she sent it back. Now for the food. One person ordered chips and dip appetizer but wasn't impressed by it. Another ordered the prime rib and raved it was delicious. I must admit it looked juicy and delicious. Another ordered the Prime burger and also said it was really good which I must say it looked like it as well. I had the half rack bbq baby back ribs and fried shrimp with a side of Snow Crab Legs. It was ok. I missed the ribs having the grill flavor and being well seasoned. Crab legs were small and not that flavorful either. Fried shrimp was fried in a lite batter with a nice crisp to it and tasty with the sauce on the side. Another had the Chicken Scampi Pasta saying it wasn't anything spectacular. Not something they would order again. The other person that also ordered a burger (can't remember which kind) said it was really good as well. No one else was wow'd by their dinner. We all came to the conclusion that steak is their speciality as those were the only really good dinners. Our waiter Marquis was EXCELLENT!!!! He made sure our water glasses stayed full and no one needed any thing. He kept coming by (without being pushy) to ensure we were ok. He did his best to fix any issues. Toward the end of dinner the manager and came over to see how we were and encouraged us to reviews on what we liked and didn't like. Overall I would try it again when in the mood for the Prime Rib or burgers. Maybe just order it to go. Although we're not big drinkers it would be nice to be able to enjoy an adult drink with our meal. I hope they improve on that. Also, the menu has many great selections for everyone to choose from. I enjoy coming here sometimes after work to relax and have a drink. And twice I've had this bar tender name Robyn I'm not sure what's here deal. It seems whenever I get here she has a an attitude and makes drinks incorrectly.. I love to order lemon drops and it comes in the martini glass and usually close to a full rim. But when she made me a drink, it was half a glass she literally made a shot and put it in a martini glass. When I asked her why my drink was only half full her response to me was well It'll be more mixer in your drink. Anywhere I go lemon drops are the same and now when I come to you, you're gonna give me a half a glass. I have also been a bartender for over four years and her attitude, her service ,her drinks are trash, and I'm not the only one because I've spoken to people that have gone there and they've also mentioned they don't like her service nor her attitude so I think you guys should definitely talk to her about how she interacts with customers because it makes Millers look bad.
