It was the perfect dining experience after a long day of flying. We ordered the following: Mozzarella Sticks Tossed in Parmesan, garlic and oregano served with zesty marinara for dipping. I give this dish (5***** Stars). Fully Loaded Cheese Fries Golden fries loaded with melty cheese, crispy bacon and scallions served with ranch for dipping. This was one of my family favorite appetizers. I give this dish (5***** Stars) Zingers® Hand-breaded chicken tenders, buttermilk-soaked, golden fried, and tossed in mild sauce. The chicken tenders were perfectly cooked, juicy, well flavored, and very good. This was one of my kid's favorite dishes. I give this dish (5***** Stars). Fresh Chicken Wings 24-piece wings (Honey BBQ, Sweet Thai Chili, & Chili Lime Dry Rub. The wings were cooked a little longer as requested, the sauce flavors were very good, but some of the wing pieces were too large. I give this dish (4**** Stars). Boom Boom Shrimp Fried shrimps tossed in spicy boom boom sauce over cabbage slaw, topped with black sesame seeds. Probably the best boom boom shrimps I have ever eaten from a restaurant. The shrimps were medium in size, plentiful, perfectly cooked and sauced. I give this dish (5***** Stars). Classic Cheeseburger Burger with melty cheese, crisp veggies, pickles and fries. I give this burger (4**** Stars) Brunch Burger Juicy beef patty, peppered bacon, fried egg, melty cheese, chili sauce and crispy fries on the side. I give this dish 5***** Stars). Barbecue Baby Back Ribs Slow-roasted baby back ribs, tender to the bone and slathered in sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. I give this dish (5***** Stars). Creamy Lobster & Shrimp Carbonara Lobster & shrimp with bacon, peas, mushrooms & fettuccine in creamy carbonara sauce, served with garlic bread. The pasta was perfectly cooked, but there were too many peas in the dish. There were plenty of shrimps, but only 2 small pieces of lobster. I give this dish (3*** Stars). The food was very good and exceeded our expectations. The kids really enjoyed their first dining experience at Miller's. Our server was top notch, he was prompt, knew the menu well, recommended menu items he thought we would like, and he was very attentive to our needs. What have you done to the nachos!?! They are terrible! I didn't know "smoked chicken" meant a sweet barbecue flavor. You may want to explain that in the description. The all new nachos are just disgusting. I said no queso so I could have just melted cheese and no corn but I had to pick off so much corn it was atrocious! Why is there corn on there to begin with?! It isn't mentioned that they will literally scrape an entire large ear of corn and melt it into the cheese so it's impossible to avoid. Barely any cheese - so many chips and just the worst chicken and corn that I can't get the taste of out of my mouth. Just awful. What the heck happened to the old school ale house nachos you had years ago that were so good and normal?! This meal totally turned me off of the entire restaurant - it made me sick. I want my money back for suffering through even one bite. So disappointing. There was some "meat" that looked like dog food and some looked like regular chicken. I have no idea what I just had. Might have been chorizo but again - I asked for no queso which is where it described chorizo and corn. Yet it made its way into my meal. Miller's Ale House is just your everyday sports bar. I do not typically come to this establishment if I am looking for food that will knock out the park in flavor profiles; however, it is a great spot for what it is. They have a good selection of beer on tap and standard sports bar food. They also have pretty decent NA options, too, if you are looking for non-alcoholic options. I do enjoy their blackened shrimp & chicken cobb salad quite a bit. It is my go-to order when (and if) I eat there. It is a large serving size, so it is suitable for a large lunch or dinner order. It is flavorful and filling. It is also decently priced at around $16.99. I also enjoy their house salad. Beyond that, you cannot go wrong with any of their usual appetizers either. The staff is always kind and attentive. The overall restaurant is usually lively. The decor is nothing to write home about; however, they do have ample indoor and outdoor seating options. I went to this Miller's ale house twice for lunch. Two separate days sat at the bar. The staff was extremely friendly and helped me have a quick lunch. The wings were cooked perfectly in sauce well. The next day I had a Caesar salad with chicken, which was delicious and had just the right amount of salad dressing. I did get the chicken blackened, which was great. I've been five times in my two weeks here staying in Orlando. It's walking distance from my hotel. The service has always been great. The prices are very good. I enjoy going there for drinks. Food has been hit and miss, but I'm going there for drinking and watching games. Unfortunately, it is always very hot in there. No air conditioning. And currently the restrooms are being renovated, so you have to use an outdoor porta potty. If you're in the mood for a casual back home bar, where you can watch the games and chat with the bartenders, this is a good stop. read more

The Ale House is an easy go-to for quick food that doesn't break the bank and comes to the table consistently each time. This location is no different but it's always busy; be prepared for a wait unless you're there at a super off-peak time. Of course, grab a seat at either of the bars, if you can, for some quick service. You can't go wrong with a Zinger Mountain Melt - it is in no way good for you, but Zingers with french fries, cheese, and bacon is perfect for every occasion. I also love the mahi-mahi sandwich because it's not too big, but not too small. The blackened version is quite tasty, not spicy, and seems to be a bit healthier of an item on the menu. A smoking area and non smoking area this is a family restaurant with lots of sports on the TV's. Plenty of games on. Service was quick with being seated, greeted, water on the table and helpful suggestions and feedback. While I did pick the prime rib (only two left) I ended up sending it back along with the potato as they were warm to the taste not hot. The manager visited, took them away and I ordered the ribs. As to be expected... they were super busy. We waited about 20 minutes for a table and were promptly greeted by our server Bruno. We were starving after spending the day at the mall and a failed attempt at Universals City Walk for dinner so he made a quick suggestion for an appetizer which we devoured. The food arrived quickly except the fajita skillet which somehow was forgotten. The burger had skimpy fries so we ordered another side which was piping hot and perfectly golden. We loved the sports atmosphere, the engagement between staff and guests and the variety of games playing. We went here everyday of our vacation, so 3 days in a row. We stayed at the Doubletree next door. This was much cheaper than the food and drinks at our hotel. My hub and bro-in-law got the chicken fajitas two days in a row, they loved them. I ordered over the three days the French onion soup, baked potato soup, house salad, pork potstickers, baked salmon with broccoli and cilantro lime rice...all delicious. Today, 2/22/24, was National Margarita Day, and Miller's had $2.22 margaritas. What's not to like? We had previously been to another Miller's on our Florida road trip and enjoyed the food, so we tried another location. It was a good experience. We arrived around the time of shift change... at about 5 pm... so it took a few minutes to get seated and have someone take our drink orders. Our waitperson, Tiffany, was very good. Drinks were delivered, and dinner orders were taken. Since the place was pretty empty, our orders arrived in a reasonable time. We had a Cobb salad with chicken and the Mimi's Fiesta, which had both chicken and shrimp. Both were tasty, and we'd consider ordering them again. The portion size of the Cobb salad was excellent, while smaller than expected for the Mimi's Fiesta. By the time we left, a bit after 6 pm, there was a long line of people waiting to be seated. read more

I have been going to Millers Alehouse since the 90's and it always has been by far my most favorite place. that being said, over the past 2 years their portions have been cut in half . The house salad is now a tiny little bowl for more money and the fish and chips dinner portions now looks likes the lunch portion. Even worse, unless you ask for the "complimentary" coselow you will not get it and it ALWAYS was included before. I am sad to say but we will have to part after alle these years. read more

Millers Ale House has a number of locations that are top notch. This one is NOT. Our group of 3 arrived on a Saturday around 12;10pm or so. The place is just flat out dirty. We were greeted by the hostess and seated and...waited. And...waited...And waited... We had planned on spending some time and serious money, but... It was TWENTY TWO minutes before I finally flagged down the so called manager. Leading up to this we watched approximately 7 groups walk in, be seated and some addressed. The person who identified herself as the manager, was cleaning the booth next to us with a spray bottle and dish towel. She was dressed in a pretty nasty looking black t-shirt with no logos and just looked umprofessional. She looked like she was a bus-girl. So I asked who was responsible for taking our order and expressed we had been sitting there for quite a long time. She actually asked "would you like me to get you a server?" Seriously? Uh, well, I actually came in to shop for cars....are you kidding me? We had other people, who were "working" there, continuously walk by but never stopped to see if we need help. We had no idea who was responsible for our table. We had menus but no drink napkin, silverware or a drink order. Serving food 101 failure. I had time to observe the kitchen staff work through the exposed food station area. Knowing what I observed, it seems like it was never meant to be and in a way, I feel fortunate. Sloppy, unprofessional looking and had me questioning what type of food was I going to get. Lazy staff. Unprofessional. Lacking in leadership. Sloppy and disinterested. The place looks neglected as well. Check out the outdoor area and you'll see what I mean. It's a shame because almost all other Ale House establishments, at worst, have had minimal issues... I'm surprised that this place has been in business for so long. It was dirty and so loud. Loud from the employees talking a laughing with each other like they were at a party. Way too loud. My calamari was served with a terribly over sweet sauce that tasted awful with it and it had a hair in it! I got the zingers since it was supposed to be their go to creation for "the last 30 years" but it was nothing like the pictures. It was frozen chicken nuggets and served soggy. I was so excited for Anthony to try his first ever Zingers Mountain Melt! I have so many great memories at the Miller's by Disney property that I couldn't wait to show Anthony what exactly a Miller's run looks like!! Unfortunately, this Miller's was not as great as the location I remembered. Upon entering, everyone seemed grumpy: the hosts, the servers, the other guests... we should have taken a hint and left, however I didn't want to kill the excitement so we sat at the bar Our bartenders were okay, they also seemed to be having a bad day. I'm not sure if there was just something going on for everyone that day or what exactly happened, but no one- not a single person inside the restaurant- seemed happy! Anthony and I both noticed it and it was definitely a buzz kill. Our bartender didn't recommend anything to drink, didn't ask how we were doing, it was just a very simple transaction- "what do you want?" We got 2 drinks and both got a Zingers Mountain Melt. It was okay, but it could have used more sauce. I would have loved to order more sauce and maybe another round or 2 of drinks but the bartender never came back to check on us. I had dinner here twice because it was walking distance from my hotel and it wasn't TGI Fridays (my other option). Miller's has your basic American family friendly menu with burgers, nachos, etc along with chicken tenders they call zingers. Whatever. Both visits I experienced great service which can be rare when you're a single diner. I had the chicken Caesar salad on both trips (because I'm basic as hell) - here's where it gets interesting. The first one was the worst salad I've ever had. Wilting, browning, gross lettuce - no croutons at all and some cold chicken tossed on. Whoever made that salad woke up and chose violence. My second salad was completely different - warm chicken, plenty of croutons and fresh lettuce. I'm not saying it was made with love but at least with mild indifference. It was plenty fine.
