This happened in Claremont,…read moreNC, today (1/26/23) B&K well drilling out of Mooresville NC thought it would be a good idea to 1st park on a private driveway, and then when asked politely to move, the older man in the orange hat (who said he was 50 years old....and should know better) decided it would be a good idea to cuss me and ask if I knew how to read a f***** tape measure and get in my face, call me an idiot and then call his boss and sexually harass me by telling him some "hot little number" was out there telling them to get off their property. I was able to take pictures and document everything but unfortunately, I'm unable to share them here. I tried to calmly explain where the public drive was and where they could park that would allow cars to get in and out of the drive way. It turned into a screaming match with 4 grown men cussing before I called the sheriffs department to resolve the situation. Once I called the sheriffs department they decided to move their truck. I'm not sure how this business thinks grown men should act but this IS NOT it. Your employees are an extension of your business and truly the face of your business! Having employees like this can be detrimental to a small business! And whoever raised these poor excuse for men should be ashamed.

It was late so I called one of those companies that advertises on TV. They said they would come in the morning and check it out. That cost me $90 for the visit. When the guy arrived, he went under the house, looked at my well pump, looked at my tank. He came in the house with really bad news. My pump was dead, and my tank was about to die. The end me a quote to fix it that had three different quote options. A $12,000 quote, a $7000 quote, and a $5000 quote. If I decided to have him fix our well, the $90 would go towards that repair. I told him I needed a second opinion so I called Francis Well & Pump. These guys came over and did exactly the same thing as the first guy. They looked at everything and came to the conclusion that all I needed was a $200 switch replaced They could've charged me a lot of money if they wanted to, but they didn't . I can't speak highly enough for the experience that I had. These guys are great. Call them if you have any problems going on with your well and they will take care of you and not rip you off.

He never calls customers for issues or rescheduling but makes the office call. He is a poor owner with horrible customer service. Cheers to the girls in the office that have to call on his behalf since he can't pick up the phone. Over 4 weeks I've had a camera stuck in my well and still no truck to resolve. We found a company that will now remove the camera and actually fix my well. Do not do business with Well Doctor solely because of the owner. Don't blame the employees for his incompetence and poor service.

I never looked at it I trusted they knew what they were doing. I asked for an itemized estimate and they said it was going to be 1500.00 plus tax and tge " inspection" . I asked for an itemized list they repeated the same thing and said that is how they operate. I called Francis and they came out the same day, told me we did not have a 40 gallon that it was a 20, and they did the work for 750.00 AND gave us an itemized invoice. I am in the collision repair business and I am astonished at the dishonesty of the first company. Any well work we need in the future will be done by Francis.

He told me they would be out at some point and would call me. I went to work and got a call right around noon that it was fixed!!! It was awesome, they are super nice and the price was great. I really appreciate them getting out so soon to fix it. I got home and had running water. The first thing he asked was if I had water which I didn't. He immediately rearranged a job telling me people with no water come first. That's what I consider good (great) customer service! After testing the well pump and circuit breakers, and the underground power cable between them, he determined it was a problem with the underground electrical cable. I was worried it was the well pump (much more expensive) and was relieved to find out it wasn't. I highly recommend Chris from Russell Well. They do excellent quality work, are very reasonably priced, and did exactly what I asked of them. Five Stars

I rarely ever write any reviews and if I do they are almost always positive. I've never had such a…read moreworse customer service experience than with Russell Well Drilling. I spent $7000 on a well and they refuse to complete the job. I didn't know how shady they were until I had other well companies attempt to fix their mistakes. They may be the cheapest but that's because their equipment is inferier (they couldn't tell me the gallons/minute), their processes are subpar (never gave me a well construction record) and their customer service is atrocious. They wouldn't give me a quote for installing the pump because he said "I turned him off because I wanted to get other quotes." After speaking with several other well drillers it's because he did such a bad job he didn't want to get caught with doing such a bad job. Do NOT use this company. He will lie, cheat and steal. He may seem like a nice older gentleman but as he told me "I'm retiring next year so I couldn't care less what you think." Learn from me...stay away!

I needed to have a PVC fitting replaced at my well. I was more than capable of doing the plumbing,…read morebut I didn't have a way to pull the pump up and keep it from dropping down into the casing. I thought I hired a professional, but the people from Morgan dropped the well. I was told I was "fortunate" that it was hanging by the power cord. (I'm sure they would have charged me even more, if they had to go fishing at the bottom of the well, even though it was their mistake.) After pulling the pump back up by the power cord, they installed a galvanized fitting. That's bad enough for any potable water, but even worse when you've got extremely acidic water like I do. They also cut an 8" long piece of pex, and instead of replacing it, left a splice in the middle. They then charged me $400 for what should have been 15 minutes of work, had they not turned it into a complete disaster. Avoid these amateurs at all cost.
