Miller's Landing was the best place to get married! My fiance and I chose this cute, quiet, and intimate venue for so many reasons. One of the main reasons was how accommodating the staff and owners were. They helped us achieve all of our wants and needs for our big day without any hassle. The ML team was the best and very professional and nice. The venue itself is stunning and has a homey atmosphere that makes all of the guests feel comfortable and welcome. We had the best day ever, and wish we could relive this day all over again. 12/10 would recommend Miller's Landing to anyone looking to have the wedding of their dreams!

Going with Miller's Landing was the best decision we ever made and we genuinely can't recommend this venue enough!! Everything- and we mean everything- was above and beyond our expectations! The Millers: The entire Millers family is so incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. From Terri's kindness and patience showing us around and answering all of our questions, we knew right away that this was the place for us from that very first tour not only because the space was stunning but because we felt so cared for as if we were part of the family. But it didn't stop there! Kellan was so thorough, kind, and patient and stayed in constant communication with us the entire time leading up to the wedding. We never had to hire a wedding planner because of how thorough she was!! Then when we went back a few times throughout the year to show our parents the space, we had the opportunity to meet Joe who was just as warm and welcoming and went out of his way to meet us to give our parents another full tour on the weekend. Not only that but he gave us great advice, and just made us feel so cared for! This is genuinely one of the nicest families we've ever met and couldn't believe how lucky we were to have found a venue operated by such a loving family. The venue: Every part of the space is so perfectly designed, it genuinely feels like a fairytale space come to life! From the ceremony in the garden to the reception in the barn- it truly is the perfect mix of rustic charm and elegance! Then when we didn't think it could get any better- in comes the bridal suite!! Every detail in the bridal suite was so perfectly designed, we still can't believe how stunning it all was! To have such a beautifully designed space to get ready in was just the cherry on top to this perfect venue! Another perk we didn't know about until we toured the space- the venue also has a TON of decor from previous weddings available for you to use for free! Being on a tighter budget, this was such an unexpected surprise and allowed us to add beautiful touches through decor that we may not have been able to afford otherwise! The vendors: One of the many perks of choosing Miller's Landing was their list of amazing vendor recommendations! Since we knew going into this that we weren't going to hire a wedding planner or coordinator, we were a little nervous about having to find all the vendors on our own, but having the venue supply such incredible recommendations was a HUGE time saver!! Not only are some of the biggest vendors already included in your package, but every other vendor we went with came right off their recommendation list! We cannot thank Miller's Landing enough for such incredible recommendations and for all the stress this alleviated on our end!! The food, desserts, and bar drinks in particular were all out of this world, and we had guests coming us throughout the night to tell us this was the best food and desserts they'd ever had at a wedding! Overall, we couldn't recommend Miller's Landing enough, and we are forever grateful to the entire Millers family, vendors, day-of coordinators and staff for making our special day better than we ever could have imagined! We cannot wait to watch this venue continue to grow!!

First things first - 100/10 recommend you to book your special day with Miller's Landing. I had the honor of celebrating my wedding reception at Miller's Landing. As soon as my husband and I left after touring Miller's Landing, we knew Miller's was going to be THE venue because we loved the story of how Miller's Landing came to be! Listing out the pros (because there are no cons) for booking with this venue: - Terri, Kellan, the support staff were AMAZING and all so helfpful throughout the planning process. - The venue offers 3 different types of inclusive packages, so if you're a very busy individual like me, Miller's offers a list of vendors (bartenders, food, florals, cakes, etc) they have worked with for past events, and you don't really need to do much research on NEW vendors. In addition to this, though, it's very nice to be able to support local businesses as these vendors are local to Lake Arrowhead. - One important thing to note about Little Bee's Cakerie - she will accommodate and make you a vegan cake/pastries if needed. THIS was AMAZING because I could actually eat my wedding cake!! The ONLY thing that made me a little bit anxious is that once you give your inspiration images of specific things (table setting, florals, etc) to each vendor, you don't really know how things will turn out on the day of. However, I'm very glad to say that Miller's proved my anxiety wrong and absolutely exceeded my inspiration and expectations. I am OVER THE MOON with how beautiful everything turned out. Thank you, Miller's!!!

Choosing Miller's Landing was our best decision! We wanted something that felt intimate, rustic, woodsy, and had flexibility in their packages. The pictures of this venue don't do it justice. It is truly so beautiful, you hardly need to add any decorations. There were so many perks to booking here but the two that I will highlight are 1. it comes with a day of coordinator who becomes your saving grace through the wedding planning process! They help you with everything from communication with vendors, decor dreaming/setup, and timelines. Being a family-run venue, they adopt you as their own and make you feel like one of the Miller's! The second big perk that was so unique is that they have a closet full of decor from past weddings that they let you use for no cost at all. This saved me so much time, energy, and money that I was able to put towards things I would use again! Miller's Landing was the perfect mountain get away for all of our guests and everyone has continued to tell us how perfect it looked. If you want a venue that comes with experienced coordinators and owner's who don't try to make money off of you, this is it! 1000/10 would recommend!

Absolutely loved this venue from the moment we say it! It was Having a place for each side of the bridal party to get ready on site was huge for us, and Millers Landing Delivered! The Bride/Groom suites were not only a perfect place to get ready for the day but it served as fantastic photo backdrops. The ceremony site and woodsie area for after ceremony photos were absolutely perfect. But THE BARN I can still smell the wood! The owners were some of the nicest people we met in the wedding planning process. Would 10/10 recommend Millers Landing for any occasion, especially a Wedding!

I dont even know where to begin to express how amazing our wedding was and my gratitude for the Miller's. During our first tour of millers landing, i started crying and I instantly knew this was it. The Millers are absolutely amazing, we loved that it's family owned and they have really created the most magically place for couples, it's because of the team and place they have established that made our dream wedding come true and I'm still on cloud 9 just thinking about it all. Kellan & Taijz you guys are rockstars, they are so detailed and organized with each email, phone call/texts, everything is thorough and seamless and answered all my dumb questions haha. Our day was absolutely perfect, and they really did make everything so easy for us. The food was delicious, the drinks were impeccable, the flowers and details were beautiful and spot on to exactly what I envisioned, the timeline was smooth and organized. I would do it all over again just to relive this day. I 1000000% recommended the Miller's to all future couples searching for the most beautiful mountain venue with the most helpful and loving team! Thank you so much Miller's & team, Jeff and I are forever grateful for each and every one of you and we can't thank you enough! We love you guys!!

If you're reading this review, you're probably researching woodland wedding venues and/or wedding venues in Lake Arrowhead, CA. I promise you, Miller's Landing is it. Save yourself the time and hassle of researching other venues. I just had my wedding here a few days ago and it was beyond perfection, the absolute wedding of our dreams. I'm a *very* type-A, stressed out person (so fun, right?!) so the thought of planning a wedding was exciting but also overwhelming... Miller's Landing was the answer to all of our questions. Rewind to 2021 when we were looking for woodsy/classy wedding venues... We toured a few in the area but nothing came close to Miller's Landing. It was THE only venue that we toured where we didn't feel like another business transaction. From the moment we stepped foot onto the property (a gorgeous, spacious, newly renovated garden nursery!) we knew this place was something special. Mrs. Miller gave us a tour of the venue herself and answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to share all of the details. You can physically see all of the time and thought they put into creating this venue... It's rustic but classy, modern but warm... You'll see what I mean when you compare it to other venues in the area. Their comprehensive, affordable, and transparent packages took the mystery out of wedding planning. It's kind of all-inclusive venue but not to the point where you feel like your wedding is already planned for you (this was really important to me!) I was able to pick from a list of trusted vendors and they ALL exceeded our expectations. Their packages were the most affordable we found in the area as well. Throughout the wedding planning process, venue manager, Kellan Miller, was incredibly responsive, beyond helpful, and so so so kind. It felt like a close friend was helping me every step of the way! Our guests could not get over how beautiful and intimate the property was. Ceremony took place up top at the garden, then guests could enjoy cocktail hour under the trees and stringed lights, then dinner and dancing took place in the barn. And don't get me started on the bride & groom quarters. I honestly wanted to move in to the bridal suite... It was just all so cute and rustic! And having the venue all to ourselves for the day PLUS the fact that we didn't have to get ready at our Airbnb, was just the cherry on top. I'm sure there's more that will come to me so I hope I can edit this review in the future... But I hope this review saves you some time. If you're considering touring or booking Miller's Landing, just do it. You'll thank me later :) Photos taken by Miller's Landing preferred vendor, The Jekalo Collective.

This was our first trip to Lake Arrowhead and I'm so glad this is where we chose to stay! Peaceful elegance & luxury are words that come to mind as I think about our experience here. They both also have incredible pride in their beautiful hotel (as do all the other employees we interacted with - and that pride is definitely justified!) Both of these ladies contributed to our wonderful experience here - THANK YOU! We stayed in room 17 which had a fireplace, a bedroom and a loft. It was a bit of a walk up the hill but was secluded and we really loved it. There are so many activities they offer here (that we didn't have time to do) - tennis, pickleball, ping pong and so much more. We did however take a hike on the back of their property on the nice trails they have. Another highlight is the indoor jacuzzi with a fireplace, which made it super cozy on a cold night. We absolutely love this place and will definitely be back.

Since our room wasn't ready yet, they gave us beach access cards while we waited, which we really appreciated. We ended up walking to the village for breakfast (about a 6 minute walk) and did the boat tour while waiting. Around 12 PM, we received both a text and a call that our room was ready. The room was clean and the lake view was absolutely beautiful. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. We also went down to the lake to catch the sunset, which was definitely a highlight even though the water was freezing. They had movie night and game room as well. The only downside was the TV in our room. It was pretty outdated, static at times, and we wished it had Netflix or streaming options where we could log into our own accounts. The hot tub could've also been cleaner. Overall, it was still such a relaxing getaway and a perfect Mother's Day trip for the family. We'll definitely be back again!

Upon arrival, Lia at the front desk was welcoming and courteous. She asked if we needed two room keys; although we mentioned that one would be enough, she still provided us with two. The room itself was decent. however, we encountered a few issues. The balcony door could not be locked which was concerning. While I was working on my laptop at the table, I began to feel intense itchiness on both of my legs. I tried using wet paper towels to relieve it but it was with so much discomfort so I eventually had to stop and walked away. At around 6 PM, my wife and I went to use the hot tub which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Unfortunately, the water temperature was warm, or maybe less than warm. So much so that most guests could not stay longer than 15 minutes. We did stay for a good 30minutes. Another guest even asked his wife to report it to the front desk. When she came back, she said that the issue had already been reported earlier but it appeared that no action had been taken. The chlorine level seemed extremely strong. The following day which is today, after doing laundry, my wife pointed out that the underwear I wore in the hot tub had changed color, from black to brown. compared to my underwear. Along with that, I've been experiencing ongoing itchiness, irritation and dryness on my legs and other parts of my body since using the hot tub.

Now, I don't go…read morethere for wedding festivities, therefore, can't review on that, but I do go to enjoy a couple of days of relaxation. Since I've now visited this place often, I can totally say that unfortunately nothing much has changed. The rooms are not updated the way they should be, get rid of the dirty carpet already I would say. The bathrooms need a lot more updating than placing a new shower head and think that will do the trick. Doesn't work that way. The sink still has a huge crack in it as far as 3yrs ago. Attention to details is not the owner's forte at all and it's now pretty obvious that it will remain so. Flowers outside the entrance should be real, again, 3yrs and they still have the fake flowers in their pots, fake flowers, even fake flowers need changing after a while especially when the sun is strong in the summertime, fake flowers will fade the colors away. Just buy some inexpensive REAL flowers already, it can't be that hard to water them and would make the entrance look much nicer. Still having those annoying barking dogs come right up to you, totally wrong to say the least. The whole place, the front desk especially does not look clean at all, and the fact that they serve breakfast which by the way I assume they have a permit to do so and charge you the same amount of money that other restaurants around the area do, is absolutely ridiculous to say the least. Who's even cooking it for you? Regardless, they shouldn't charge you so much. What's totally wrong as well, is when you stay here, the owner or whomever is helping at the time, they use the kitchen to make themselves breakfast, the smell of it goes right up to your room as early as 6am, and it wakes you up. I understand they need to eat but you have guests staying here and I am almost sure that no one wants to smell bacon and eggs as early as 6am, especially when it's not even a weekend when that is the ONLY time they offer breakfast. Totally uncalled for. The other bad experience this time, it was quite cold, so we went to our room sooner than we normally would have wanted to, but there is a TV so we just wanted to relax and watch a movie, the TV wasn't coming on, it took and no kidding here 2 hours before the TV started working, there was no signal for 2 hours, 10pm no one is at the front desk any longer so we couldn't get help and I wasn't going to bother even if I could have since the TV should work properly. We also wanted some tea before bedtime, I couldn't believe how dirty the coffee machine was, just disgusting to say the least, so we didn't get any tea as I was not in the mood to clean up for the owner who should take the time to look at everything around this very small area, and make sure everything is clean for her guests, it's not a huge area at all and everything is at a very minimum space, two steps from the front desk is where they finally by the way, after years, have a coffee machine, yet, it's too much to keep it clean and neat. Other places around the area, offer continental breakfast daily, some offer some sort of muffins, this place only offers coffee/tea unless you stay in the weekend when they rip you off charging you prices like a real restaurant, and after all it looks and feels of total lack of caring, and no attention to details at all. The owner got lucky to have this property and it's sad to see how very little enthusiasm she cares to put into it. You don't need much to show that you care and want to make the place look presentable, nice and clean. As far as I now can see having visited often, it's so obvious that the owner only cares to make money, raises the prices as most do I get it, but other than that can't care less about how the place is kept. Even the outside where you can sit and look at the beautiful views, totally dirty both on the floors and some of the chairs they have outside for you to sit on, just carelessness is all I can keep stating. I recall staying here in one summer, 2yrs ago to be exact, she had a temp helping while she was on vacation. It was a nightmare, and I am sure the owner knows nothing about it. Let's just say that the temp was mostly upstairs with her boyfriend then downstairs, the bell on the desk, well, it was used quite often if you ever needed anything at all. I'll leave it at that. There was much more and all unpleasant. But the owner needed the vacation. This place has a lot of potentials; it is an old house turned Hotel but it could be spectacular if the owner would really try to put more effort into and turn it into what it could be. Of course, if you are not happy, go elsewhere I'm sure is the attitude. The views are spectacular for sure; however, they are not the Lake Views, they are the city view's, therefore, if you want the Lake View since you are at Lake Arrowhead after all, that's not what you'll get, nevertheless, they are beautiful.
