We just had our wedding Friday, June 13th and I am so glad we found Miller's Landing. We booked in April of last year and after touring a couple venues and wanting the Forest/mountain vibes--this was a no brainer. Family owned--Kellan, Terri, and everyone in the staff were so unbelievably transparent, friendly, helpful, and amazing to work with. The communication is on point and everything was seamless since their packages include basically everything! Even the small amount of things not included in package pricing, they gave recommendations that were great! The property is so beautiful and so well maintained even when we toured it when it was raining and sleet coming down! The ceremony site is a dream, which flows right into the cocktail area, and then reception/dinner in the beautiful, rustic barn and everything flows perfectly. It's small enough to where people don't wander off and disappear or get too separated, but big enough to provide spaces and pockets for people to hang out in. Fox in the Woods Catering was absolutely delicious and the venue tasting was great--we had such a hard time deciding what to choose because it was all so good. The bridal suite did get a little warm on our 80 degree wedding day, but they have portable air conditioners that helped. We loved the table and mirrors so my bridesmaids not getting hair and makeup done could do their own there. The groom suite is a great spot for the guys and every space is so well put together and comfortable. Our day of coordinator included with the venue, Ashly, was amazing in creating our day of timeline, setting up decor and making sure our vision came to life. Family owned and operated was the way to go. We felt so special and didn't have a single thing to worry about and we had the most perfect wedding day. This venue is so incredibly special!! My husband and I got married here in early November, right towards the end of their season for weddings, and wow, looking back choosing this place for our wedding was the absolute best decision we made in the entire wedding process. From start to finish, the owners (Terri and Joe), their daughter (Kellan) and our coordinator (Ashly) were so kind and so helpful in the planning, coordination, and overall success of the entire process. They really worked hard to ensure the day went off without a hitch! They encourage and make it easy to work with local vendors (which is a very sweet touch for a small town like Lake Arrowhead) and are very accommodating to all different types of guests such as handicapped, elderly and nursing mothers. Going with Miller's Landing was the best decision we ever made and we genuinely can't recommend this venue enough!! Everything- and we mean everything- was above and beyond our expectations! The Millers: The entire Millers family is so incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. From Terri's kindness and patience showing us around and answering all of our questions, we knew right away that this was the place for us from that very first tour not only because the space was stunning but because we felt so cared for as if we were part of the family. But it didn't stop there! Kellan was so thorough, kind, and patient and stayed in constant communication with us the entire time leading up to the wedding. Then when we went back a few times throughout the year to show our parents the space, we had the opportunity to meet Joe who was just as warm and welcoming and went out of his way to meet us to give our parents another full tour on the weekend. Getting there: Follow the directions from your maps app; this location is very close to the lake. The parking was very tricky. I would suggest carpooling and condensing as many cars as you can. Experience: I had the pleasure of attending a friend's wedding here a few years ago, and I can't say enough good things about this venue. As soon as my husband and I left after touring Miller's Landing, we knew Miller's was going to be THE venue because we loved the story of how Miller's Landing came to be! Listing out the pros (because there are no cons) for booking with this venue: - Terri, Kellan, the support staff were AMAZING and all so helfpful throughout the planning process. - The venue offers 3 different types of inclusive packages, so if you're a very busy individual like me, Miller's offers a list of vendors (bartenders, food, florals, cakes, etc) they have worked with for past events, and you don't really need to do much research on NEW vendors. In addition to this, though, it's very nice to be able to support local businesses as these vendors are local to Lake Arrowhead. - One important thing to note about Little Bee's Cakerie - she will accommodate and make you a vegan cake/pastries if needed. THIS was AMAZING because I could actually eat my wedding cake!! The ONLY thing that made me a little bit anxious is that once you give your inspiration images of specific things (table setting, florals, etc) to each vendor, you don't really know how things will turn out on the day of. However, I'm very glad to say that Miller's proved my anxiety wrong and absolutely exceeded my inspiration and expectations. I am OVER THE MOON with how beautiful everything turned out. Where to even start!? Miller's Landing was the most amazing venue starting from our initial visit when we first toured. They have been nothing but kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire wedding process. My husband and I just got married in September 2024, and it was absolutely beautiful and everything we could have hoped for. We got married when the California fires had us all concerned that our wedding could even happen...Kellan, Terri, and the Miller's Landing team were especially amazing then. Kellan, the one I was in contact with the months leading up to the wedding was so responsive. She answered emails quickly and very thoroughly. She gave great suggestions and tips for our day. Terri, was so kind during the visits and made us feel at home right away. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, and the barn makes for an intimate and warm reception. Our month of/day of coordinator Ashly was also amazing. She made sure everything ran smoothly the entire day. We did not have to worry about one thing the entire day, and it made the getting ready portion of the day so memorable and relaxing. Our cocktail hour/reception was so fun. The bartenders from R&B Mixing Co were awesome and had our guests happy. The appetizers, dinner, and late night snacks provided by Fox in the Woods (venues caterer) was absolutely delicious. We still have people telling us it was the best wedding food they have had. Overall, our wedding was truly the best day, and we just want Miller's Landing to know how much we appreciate them. Choosing Miller's Landing was our best decision! We wanted something that felt intimate, rustic, woodsy, and had flexibility in their packages. The pictures of this venue don't do it justice. It is truly so beautiful, you hardly need to add any decorations. There were so many perks to booking here but the two that I will highlight are 1. it comes with a day of coordinator who becomes your saving grace through the wedding planning process! They help you with everything from communication with vendors, decor dreaming/setup, and timelines. Being a family-run venue, they adopt you as their own and make you feel like one of the Miller's! The second big perk that was so unique is that they have a closet full of decor from past weddings that they let you use for no cost at all. This saved me so much time, energy, and money that I was able to put towards things I would use again! If you're reading this review, you're probably researching woodland wedding venues and/or wedding venues in Lake Arrowhead, CA. I promise you, Miller's Landing is it. Save yourself the time and hassle of researching other venues. I just had my wedding here a few days ago and it was beyond perfection, the absolute wedding of our dreams. I'm a *very* type-A, stressed out person (so fun, right?!) so the thought of planning a wedding was exciting but also overwhelming... Miller's Landing was the answer to all of our questions. Rewind to 2021 when we were looking for woodsy/classy wedding venues... We toured a few in the area but nothing came close to Miller's Landing. It was THE only venue that we toured where we didn't feel like another business transaction. From the moment we stepped foot onto the property (a gorgeous, spacious, newly renovated garden nursery!) we knew this place was something special. Mrs. Miller gave us a tour of the venue herself and answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to share all of the details. You can physically see all of the time and thought they put into creating this venue... It's rustic but classy, modern but warm... You'll see what I mean when you compare it to other venues in the area. Their comprehensive, affordable, and transparent packages took the mystery out of wedding planning. It's kind of all-inclusive venue but not to the point where you feel like your wedding is already planned for you (this was really important to me!) I was able to pick from a list of trusted vendors and they ALL exceeded our expectations. Their packages were the most affordable we found in the area as well. Throughout the wedding planning process, venue manager, Kellan Miller, was incredibly responsive, beyond helpful, and so so so kind. It felt like a close friend was helping me every step of the way! Our guests could not get over how beautiful and intimate the property was. Ceremony took place up top at the garden, then guests could enjoy cocktail hour under the trees and stringed lights, then dinner and dancing took place in the barn. And don't get me started on the bride & groom quarters. I honestly wanted to move in to the bridal suite... It was just all so cute and rustic! And having the venue all to ourselves for the day PLUS the fact that we didn't have to get ready at our Airbnb, was just the cherry on top. I'm sure there's more that will come to me so I hope I can edit this review in the future... But I hope this review saves you some time. I dont even know where to begin to express how amazing our wedding was and my gratitude for the Miller's. During our first tour of millers landing, i started crying and I instantly knew this was it. The Millers are absolutely amazing, we loved that it's family owned and they have really created the most magically place for couples, it's because of the team and place they have established that made our dream wedding come true and I'm still on cloud 9 just thinking about it all. Kellan & Taijz you guys are rockstars, they are so detailed and organized with each email, phone call/texts, everything is thorough and seamless and answered all my dumb questions haha. The property is beautiful and feels inviting and welcoming from the moment you step inside. From the moment my husband and I visited Miller's Landing, we knew we had found our dream wedding venue. The venue itself is drop dead gorgeous. The scenery is beautiful and the barn is to die for. Aside from the gorgeous venue and scenery, the owners are the kindest people on this planet! Terri Miller (the owner) and her daughter, Kellan were so amazing during the entire planning process. They were always there if we needed them for literally ANYTHING. I am a planning freak and cared so much about every little detail and Kellan especially would always take time out of her day on the phone with me answering any questions, giving me ideas and advice- she is truly the best. Both Kellan and Terri were both so involved and wanted to do everything they could to make our day special. My husband and I truly felt that they really wanted to make our day special and didn't just treat us as "clients". They welcomed us with open arms and were genuinely so happy and excited for us at every step in the planning process. Planning logistics: Their wedding packages were affordable and transparent. Their preferred venues were perfect. We chose our vendors specifically from their list and they ALL exceeded our expectations. Our guests were raving at how beautiful and intimate the venue was and how professional the staff and vendors were. Regarding on-site accommodations, they had the most perfect bridal and groomsmen suites. Very spacious for even big bridal parties (we had 9 bridesmaids and groomsmen) plus our families were comfortable getting ready there! The ceremony space was held in the most beautiful garden nursery with gorgeous and peaceful fountains and the biggest, most beautiful trees!! Down the steps is where cocktail hour is held. Beautiful french wine barrels, stringed lights and even some cornhole to entertain our guests. It was the perfect space to transition between ceremony and the reception. And the reception was in the most beautiful, newly built barn!! The barn felt so warm and beautiful. It was the perfect place to have dinner and dance the night away with our friends and family. We couldn't think of a more perfect and beautiful venue with genuinely amazing and warm-hearted people to share our special day with. We love Miller's Landing!! I've DJ'ed here only a couple times but every time has been such a pleasant & beautiful experience. Here's a story to show you how much they care about what they do/who they are. I pulled my back in a wedding at Miller's Landing this past weekend. I was in so much pain... I couldn't even lift a 5 pound speaker pole. Joe went above & beyond! He did some release therapy on the problem spot and walked me through what was happening with my back. Terri was so nice and genuinely concerned about me & my pain. Julie provided me with some Ibuprofen to relieve the inflammation. Austin was so kind as to carry some of the larger items so I wouldn't hurt myself again. I was feeling so much better after and was able to finish the reception, no problem. These people really are amazing... If I could give 6 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat!! read more

We loved our wedding at Miller's and wish we could throw another one! The venue is gorgeous and super easy since everything is onsite and the team has plenty of decor ready to go. We hardly had to bring in anything ourselves. Their go-to vendors are awesome (especially the caterer Fox in the Woods!) and working with their Ashley made everything super easy and relatively stress-free on the day. I believe we were one of the first bigger wedding that Miller's Landing had and you could not tell, it went flawlessly. The guests had nothing but spectacular things to say about the wedding and the venue. Terry and Kellan were professional and went above and beyond. The flowers, the barn, the happy hour area- WOW!! My close friends are telling me that it was one of the best weddings that they have been to! It is such a unique and gorgeous venue! Incredible! There are no words to describe how effortlessly Miller's Landing handled my daughters wedding on Oct. 23, 2021! From start ( planning began Oct. 2020) to finish! We had 175 in attendance and we were more than thrilled with all of their venders! They made it simple by having many options already built into their pricing structure. From the Flowers, catering options, event facilities and most importantly, the support staff was top notch. Joe,Teri and Kellan were so helpful and supportive. They kept us informed and relaxed even though we had on-going Covid concerns along with the normal wedding planning questions. They also offered great suggestions for the bar service, wedding planners and DJ!
