He said he was returning the next day but a week later hadn't returned. After discussing the issue with him he said it would be an add'l $480 to repair a $700 dryer. Needless to say I declined and was compelled to clean up the mess he left in the living area. Also, at the same time he was repairing my daughters oven door hinge. He said she needed new hinges which she ordered. He came to install and 3 hours later he installed the original hinge and charged her $400. He told her that the door was delicate and be careful not to pull on it. He never fixed the problem. Find someone else to repair your appliance or just get a new one before you spend more money than its worrth.

When Justin got there he asked if I tried re-setting the machine and I told him that I had unplugged it and back in. He said that these machines have a re-set feature. He tried it and the machine came to life. He charged a very reasonable amount for service call. He asked if I was upset about doing so little and I told him I was excited that he saved me from what I thought would be a very expensive fix. Owners manual says nothing about this re-set feature.
