The laborers, Javier and Isaiah were very polite, friendly and didn't mind making small chat. Both of them were very professional and considerate. They were very careful in handling my belongings and meticulous about how they loaded and unloaded their truck. They even asked my preference as to which items were to be grouped together in my garage and if I wanted bulky items and furniture placed the front or back of my garage. The sales process was efficient and smooth and they did accommodate my schedule. The issues…read morerevolved around yhe crews. The supervisor was not receptive to following my requests and in a few occurrences, a little insulting. This happened on the pack and load side as well as the delivery. The big issue came later when I found a valuable item was missing and it had to be done on the packing side. The supervisor told me not much they can do as thier crew come and go as often as just a week. The owner did reach out and met with me personally which I give him credit for but the violation of rummaging though my alresdy packed items was disconcerting.

When I called I spoke with Derrick. He answered my questions and reassured me that they would be able to place it where I needed it. He recommended I stop by to pick out a storage container and speak with a driver just to verify. I showed the driver pictures of where I wanted it and he said it was doable without a crane or forklift. I purchased it and they came in the morning as they said they would and were able to place it exactly where I wanted it. They have great customer service! I highly reccomend them.

I explained to him what our needs were and he was very accommodating with both pricing information and the understanding that we needed a clean storage container. The pricing was super competitive and so we purchased a newly-painted 40' high cube storage container. The delivery of the container went very smoothly and the driver worked very hard to get our container spotted just where we wanted it. He had a little trouble because of a tree that was in his way, but he did a great job and was a really nice guy. I'd highly recommend Green Box Rentals. They were awesome to work with and they delivered a really nice storage container in a timely manner at a great price. A perfect score... what else could you ask for?
