Instead, we had to call them, repeatedly, just to find out whether or not she should make the 4 1/2 hour (9 hours round trip) to see her father. They told her to come, and then when she got there, denied ever saying so. She was never allowed a chance to say good bye to her father.

From the moment I entered, I felt comforted. The staff members were kind, sympathetic, SUPER HELPFUL & warm. I found it odd that the loss was mine, but they genuinely were empathetic towards my loss. The owner, Ms. Dennis, gave the same feelings and I truly understand why the staff had the compassion they did; it was because SHE DID!!!! Her heart is wide and vast. She's friendly, knowledgeable, kind, helpful, gentle as a lamb, able to work with anyone... By far this was the most warming experience of this nature I've ever had.
