He performed a thorough inspection of the generator, gas meter, and lines, explaining the process and safety considerations along the way. Thankfully, no leak was found on my property--we believe the smell may have been coming from a neighboring line--but having that level of diligence gave me real peace of mind. I also want to highlight Tina in the office, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and clearly advocated for getting me same-day service given the situation.
