I've used other storage facilities in the area, and they pale in comparison. I was offered a great deal on a last minute unit, that I needed for a couple of months. They have a convenient loading dock in the front of the building that's only accessible with your security code. You also have to use your security code to access the elevators, which adds another level of security and safety when coming and going out of the facility. No need to worry about cars blocking the loading dock, because there are several designated parking spaces available if you're not loading or unloading. I really appreciate how sanitary the facility is, compared to others that I've used in the area. Lots of bright light, climate controlled units varying in size, and something right for any budget. If I was going to rent a facility for storage, I would definitely choose Spacebox. Aside from the convenience of location, and how well-maintained facility is, they also have wonderfully helpful staff.

Soon after the transition everything went to down. First, I was not made aware that ACH payments were not transferred over. So I locked out of my unit over weekend until the office open to find out why my code didn't won't work. I never got an email, phone call or letter in mail. The manager explained that had over a 1000 people to contact. Next, the staff is unprofessional. Lack basic communication skills and never answers the phone. Next, there has been a broken elevator for over two months and a broken garage door. There is one working door. This means it takes more time to gain entrance and load your vehicle. In the month of March the main entry doors were broken for 4 days. There wasn't a notice sent out to let people know that would not be any access to their unit nor did I receive a credit. i called several times and left messages at the corporate office. I never got a call back. Most of my stuff was covered with rodent dropping. It seems like they stopped the pest control after the transition. Once again. DONT DO IT!!!! If you are using this place, move your stuff asap. The staff is super lazy, the facility is not clean nor there is maintenance upkeep.
