We contacted the company, and they dispatched someone (Jeff, I believe?) the same day. He fixed the hinge and replaced the weather strip on the bottom of the door quickly. He was in and out in a few minutes, and the door is now as good as new. We had had a good experience with them during the installation in 2013, and a great experience this time.
