Milligan Dermatology has a great caregiver, Madison. She is thorough, knowledgeable and takes the time do a personal job each time I've seen her. I highly recommend her - I have enough skin issues to know from scary cancer to simple issues. I still contend the front desk is a bit abrasive in their misdemeanor, there's a coldness in the way they ask me to sign in and a suspicion in their voice when qualifying my insurance.
