I hadn't been to the dentist in years...so I was pretty nervous about going. Dr. Wall and her staff were friendly, very quick, and so, so gentle. Turns out that I had a few cavities. Even though my appointment was originally for a routine cleaning, they were able to fix my cavities right away! I was surprised at how gentle, quick, and affordable it was. She talked me through all of my options, which I really appreciated. The hygenists and assistants were friendly and gentle, too. Plus, they played great music - not just your boring old elevator music. I've recommended Dr. Wall to multiple friends - and will keep doing so!

I have not had my teeth cleaned in over a year and needed a cleaning. I cannot afford all the work they "planned" for me and asked to at least have a regular cleaning for the time being. I was refused. I will not be returning to Klooster Family Dentistry. Their complete lack of understanding of a senior citizen with limited budget has made the decision for me. I guess they think that having NO cleaning is supposed to somehow encourage me to spend the big bucks for the deep cleaning, but when you don't have the money, they don't care.

I made the first appointment of the day and did not have to wait more than 5 minutes before being taken back. The dental hygienist (Shannon) was absolutely great. She did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth and also great conversation as well. The atmosphere is great as well. They have a tv in the room I was in so probably great for children. Very clean and well staffed. On the way out they also offered me a cookie which I thought was nice (though kind of funny since it could be counterintuitive with a teeth cleaning).
