I have to say I was so resistant in trying anything that even looked like a group fitness class and the MAC has totally blown me away. I joined in their 6 week challenge, and after my first class I knew I had never made a better choice for my personal fitness. In the past I had always used personal trainers, and I have never once felt a lack of attentiveness at this gym. I feel like I get so much more from the Verve Method classes than any trainer has ever given me. Cameron and Kyle are so informative and supportive. They have created such a wonderfully positive environment, I have never felt an ounce of judgement there. I can already tell such a difference in how I feel, but the biggest difference for me has been mental. They have taken someone like myself who is typically so insecure in the gym, and shown me that I can do things that I never believed I could. Cameron and Kyle go above and beyond in supporting people in their goals, and through this challenge Kyle has been consistently checking in, emailing recipes and encouragement. He even stayed after class one day and cupped my calves (a new experience for me) because I was having soreness. My wife and I have been members of various athletic clubs along the East coast over the years, and the Milton Athletic Club is by far the BEST! We moved to Milton this Spring and joined MAC just to have a place to work out. We definitely got that... plus much, much more. MAC has a welcoming community feel and we've made several friends there. The classes are holistic and offer both strength and circuit conditioning. In particular, the Verve Method classes are truly unique. The instructors give plenty of coaching throughout each session and will tailor the workout to fit your special needs. Also, the Foamroll/Stretch class is like a deep tissue message from which I have learned a great deal about caring for my body. Most importantly, the owners, Kyle and Cameron, are very much involved in the day-to-day training and operations of the Club. We are huge fans of MAC! read more

Full gym membership with access to specialized equipment, HIIT classes, TRX classes, foam roll/stretch classes, corrective exercise classes, plus you can take Verve classes which are as good if not better than any CrossFit/advanced training class you have ever been a part of, and you get it ALL for the price of what you pay those other guys to let you run on a treadmill for half the class - I can say that because I used to be one of those people that paid to run on a treadmill :) The owners are super involved and invested in their members, and they have tons of class times available! I won't be going back to treadmills, bootcamps or boxes with only one style of class when I can get all that and then some at the MAC! read more

MAC is the best. I've been a member for a few months and immediately realized this is truly the best gym I have ever experienced. The trainers are knowledgeable, funny, conscientious translating into workouts that seem to fly. I never once have glanced at the clock. Kyle and Cameron have incorporated the best of the world's workouts into a riveting hour or 45 minutes class. I look forward to going to Verve. I've been to a lot of gyms and this is, by far, the best gym I've been to. The owners have cultivated such a positive nature in the gym that it's really enjoyable to go and work out. The classes they have are absolutely amazing. I try to go to their verve method classes weekly- they are a combination of weight lifting and cardio in an hour class. I can't say enough about the gym and I can't recommend this gym enough either. read more

This place is amazing. I've worked out at the large clubs most of my life and they can not compare to the attention you will get from Kyle and Cameron. They really take an interest in your fitness goals and will be with you while you achieve them. You will be successful! They offer lots of different classes at times throughout the day. This is a family owned gym. Cameron is my favorite trainer. She is very knowledgeable in what she does and is very motivating. The workouts vary which makes it fun. They are CrossFit type workouts with cardio. They also include nutrition advice. It's great for any level. read more
