I found Gerber on Yelp and I have to say, I am phenomenally happy with my experience. Submitting a quote online was super quick and easy. I received a response in a few hours. Later, I submitted a claim through the responsible party's insurance. I was interested that the shop performed their own paint work and was skeptical that they could match my car's unique red metal flake finish. The technician assured me that they do their best but let me know it may be a slightly different shade in certain lighting conditions. I was definitely a bit worried, but it turns out that they did an excellent job. I got a call about a week later that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was so happy with the results of my repair! The bumper matches the rest of the car perfectly and the workmanship is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased. What's more - they matched their quote within about $50. You just can't beat that. Gerber turned out to be an excellent choice. I kind of wish I got rear ended harder so they could have done more work on the car (I'll be careful what I wish for).

We were quoted at this being a two hour job, but I think it actually took a little under an hour and a half. The staff was friendly and efficient, with the tech making sure that I knew not to go through a car wash for at least 24 hours. He even moved the carwash and oil change reminder stickers to the new windshield for me. I thought I would have to get new ones! Of note, was that the waiting area was very open to the reception area. I could hear all conversations going around me, which really distracted me from being able to concentrate on the book I brought to keep me occupied. Also, none of the employees were wearing masks, so if that's a deal breaker for you, this isn't your shop.... Free water and coffee are available while you wait. The efficiency to get me in and out, back to my nice warm house, coupled with friendly service gets two thumbs up from me! 4/2021
