Yelled...literally YELLED at me for doubting his work. He gets "offended when people ask him to double check his work" and needed a prepayment to take a look and see what might be wrong. Took it to the dealer prior and they told me they couldn't help and go back to the after market install guy. Idk why he yelled at me that the camera HE INSTALLED stopped working. What good is a 1 year warranty if you're gonna make me pay again anyways? Ps - dealer charged me $0 to take a look. Poor customer service and treatment. Would not reccomend. In reply to Bruce - I was hoping my 2nd guy was the kind of guy to fix it. Jokes on me. Thanks for the extra electrical tape!

They let the car leave their shop multiple times with bubbling and peeling. I recently made the mistake of brining my beater in for window tints which again required multiple returns to fix their work. They even left a huge LED lamp in my car and laminated a huge piece of lint between the tint film and window. If they missed a giant LED lamp in my car, imagine what else they missed!
