So. Much. Fun. This is the 2nd time I've been on a Duffy boat and let me tell you, on a warm summer day nothing beats a leisurely ride down the river. I used to work downtown and had an office facing the river - I'd shake my fist in envy at all those lucky souls soaking up the sun. Today, that was me! We booked a 3-hour tour (didn't end up on a deserted island thank goodness) for a work team building thing and it was amazing. The folks working are the absolute nicest, the boats are clean and new and who doesn't like bringing your own snacks and bevvies aboard? (Don't drink and boat kids, the police boats are out there). The pricing is pretty reasonable, especially for a group - the perfect thing for work outings, friend gatherings, celebrations and general enjoyment of those blissful few weeks of Milwaukee summer. read more

We rented the electric boat for 90 minutes and it was amazing! The boat was gorgeous and clean. We really appreciated the awning so we didn't have to be in the sun if we didn't want to be! We only had 4 people so we had plenty of space to spread out and relax. It was fun to pretend that we owned a boat for the afternoon! They had coolers and ice on board for us, which was a nice touch. There were cup holders and a nice table with room for snacks. It was so cool to enjoy Milwaukee from a different angle. Covid has caused us to participate in activities that we might usually pass by. I want to go again before the season is over - probably during sunset. The boat is fairly easy and fun to drive once you get used to it. Thanks for a great time! read more

Spend a beautiful day on the river celebrating a few birthdays. We had 20 people and rented two boats for 2 hours. The employees were all SO nice and organized. Helped everyone on and off the boat and cleaned up so we didn't have to. Our boat driver Michael was AWESOME, he let us borrow his phone to watch the bucks playoffs while the poor guy couldn't watch and had to drive us. They have coolers and a wine/bottle opener and trash cans and a Bluetooth speaker: I HIGHLY recommend these! The boats were surprisingly spacious, we easily fit. I was visiting Milwaukee during covid times and knew I couldn't leave without riding a boat through the glorious river. Monday morning I called several boat rentals and No one bothered to call me back except Duffy boat rentals! A lady by the name Sara texted me back and we communicated through text and arranged the boat for me. The booking was effortless! Duffy chargers per person $25/person Mon-thurs, $33 Friday and Sunday, $40 Sat. And a $19 cleaning fee. This rate made so much more sense to me, especially with a party of 3 on a Monday. I stopped in at St. Pete's to grab some Lobsters rolls before my ride and unfortunately was running late because they did not have them ready for me. Without even asking, Duffy adjusted the time upon my arrival allowing me to get the full 90 minute experience. A man by the name of Chris was waiting for us to check us in The boat was pristine shape, and easy to ride. you are allowed to bring your own drinks and food and they provide a cooler with ice and a trash can. Great experience!! My buddy who lives in MKE is looking forward to renting with them again!! So much fun, Best way to end my trip!! read more

My wife and I really enjoyed our 90 minute outing. I had no experience driving a boat, but it was pretty simple. The hardest part is navigating around other boats and kayaks, but if you stay aware and take it slowly, you are fine. I would have given 5 stars, but there were some issues getting our payment processed correctly. The website didn't automatically include the early bird discount and later we were charged twice for the cleaning and ice stocking fee. However, Sara, with whom I corresponded via text, resolved these issues immediately. She was awesome. I don't think the overcharges were intentional, just not a good billing system, so check your bill carefully. That said, I highly recommend this experience, especially for something unique to do in Milwaukee. read more

What a great value. Nice boat and very relaxing ride. There were only 5 of us but definitely room for more. I believe they say up to 12 people. I believe that some would need to sit in the sun if you took 12 as they wouldn't all fit under canopy. Note - this is self navigated so you need to have someone who is comfortable driving the pontoon. Good times. Will definitely go back! read more

they have alot of good boats but if you need a captain it is a third party and we did order one for june 3, 2020. but 5 mins before we were to depart the captain called us and said that he could not make it and we talked to the boat place and said that they could not help us out and so that being said we didnt have a captain nor could we get a refund on the boat. they did say that we could drive it but the problem was that we were drinking because it was my brothers birthday and also mine. i just think that when they offer a third party contract that there should be better communication between both companys and should offer a refund on the boat rental read more
