We rented the electric boat for 90 minutes and it was amazing! The boat was gorgeous and clean. We really appreciated the awning so we didn't have to be in the sun if we didn't want to be! We only had 4 people so we had plenty of space to spread out and relax. It was fun to pretend that we owned a boat for the afternoon! They had coolers and ice on board for us, which was a nice touch. There were cup holders and a nice table with room for snacks. It was so cool to enjoy Milwaukee from a different angle. Covid has caused us to participate in activities that we might usually pass by. I want to go again before the season is over - probably during sunset. The boat is fairly easy and fun to drive once you get used to it. Thanks for a great time!

Spend a beautiful day on the river celebrating a few birthdays. We had 20 people and rented two boats for 2 hours. The employees were all SO nice and organized. Helped everyone on and off the boat and cleaned up so we didn't have to. Our boat driver Michael was AWESOME, he let us borrow his phone to watch the bucks playoffs while the poor guy couldn't watch and had to drive us. They have coolers and a wine/bottle opener and trash cans and a Bluetooth speaker: I HIGHLY recommend these! The boats were surprisingly spacious, we easily fit. Part shaded and part exposed if you want some sun. Thank you Michael and Duffy boats!!!

    On the Milwaukee River...beautiful!

Absolutely awesome! I never rented a boat before or drove one. I was really happy how easy the process was. Once arrived the employees were really laid back. Answered all my questions and were very polite. The boat was new, very clean and so cool! I recommend for a great family day or to bring friends for a fun activity. It came with a cooler of ice and Bluetooth sound system to jam with. Rent early to be sure you get one, they fill up quick.

This review is for the boat with the tiki covering. We walked from our hotel and entered around the side of the Harp building. When we got there we were greeted by a lovely 4 legged friend, as a dog lover this was lovely. Sadly, the dog did not go on our tour but a different boat. The boat itself has plenty of space for any beverages or snacks. They had ice already ready for our drinks. The seats have a bike seat cushion, but no actual pedals. There was also space at the front of the shop for us to just sit and enjoy the scenery. There are speakers on board so you can hook up to Bluetooth if you want. The captain and his first mate were excellent! They were able to tell us some interesting facts about our surroundings. They took pictures with the background of the bridge and the Milwaukee graffiti. They had a point where you could get a picture wearing the captain's hat behind the steering. It was such a lovely touch to have someone who knew when a good photo opportunity was coming up and was ready to alert us and take our picture. Half way through the trip, we took a break at a restaurant to use the bathroom. We were able to quickly order and receive fries to bring on board. The fries were soooo crispy and delicious. We had booked a public tour and ended up getting along really well the big group that was with us. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. It helped take the whole experience to another level along with all the other little touches. We would definitely do this again. It was a nice way to see the city and to get out of the heat. I've never done a water tour like this and thoroughly enjoyed this! It was relaxing. I could see how some people would party hard on this so if you're looking for that, it's feasible.

Kanaloa Tiki provides a captain at no additional fee. The bathroom onboard is small and a few people in our group did use it. The boat comes equipped with Bluetooth so you can play your own music. Two hours down the Milwaukee river goes fast! We went all the down to Jones Island and then back to our docking location. There were about 8 of us on the boat and we had plenty of room. We also appreciated the cooler and ice provided by Kanaloa Tiki. You can bring food onboard and there is a nice bar top to put food on. I have not been fully pleased with the other pontoon rental services in the area who seem to be discombobulated and over run when they're trying to get multiple parties on multiple pontoons at the same time. This was a great experience and well worth the $$.

We talked on the phone and were able to set up a time for our boat cruise. We brought some snacks and wine to enjoy while we learned more about Lake Geneva and the houses in the area. The sunset was pretty spectacular too! Thanks Capt Thom!
