I drove a mile up the street to Computer World, and within 15 minutes they had the battery ordered from Apple. I'm sorry I bothered the staff at Best Buy with my problem. I won't do it again. UPDATE: I got the call from Computer World yesterday that they had received my battery. Dropped the phone off this morning, went out for a nice lunch, came back and it was all set to go with a brand new Apple battery installed. Be advised. BEST BUY SERVICE SUCKS. They didn't even try.
