We have been to other day cares in the Grapevine/Southlake area and Primrose is by far our favorite. The teachers and classrooms are very close knit. All the teachers are fantastic and very affectionate with my kids. My daughter's teachers know my son and vice versa. I like that the same teachers are with my kids for most of the day and that they are there when I pick my kids up. I can find out how my kids' days went directly from the source. Parents receive detailed progress reports about their child from the teachers several times a year. Each age group has their own fenced playground that is attached to their classroom. Teacher turnover is very low. We have only had one teacher leave and she was going back to college. The teachers and staff enjoy their job and it shows in everything they do. Every month, Primrose has a family appreciation day where they do something special for each family like send home fresh-baked cookies, homemade chilli and cornbread, etc. They also offer a Parent's Night Out once a month for a small charge. My son attends a computer class called Floppy's Mouse Club and exercise class called Stretch N Grow once a week for a small fee. They also offer a weekly gymnastics class. The office staff and day care director know every parent and child by name. We have had such a positive experience at Primrose Bedford and our only regret is not going there sooner!

She helped me with getting everything sorted out with my custody agreement and I didn't have to worry about a thing she just went and took care of it and called me as soon as she had answers. Then when I come to pick up I believe her name is Alyssa? She is always so happy and always has a smile on her face. And has been super helpful when it comes to any incidents that may happen at the school. And I love the pictures I get every week about what they are learning. Mrs. Cain- Preemptively enrolled my children in this daycare even though my ex and I share 50/50 custody and everything went down hill from there. ( They are only profit driven at least at this location) The kids continue to tell me that there is never any soap refilled in the dispensers and therefore my children were coming home sick every other week because basic safety features were not followed. Moving forward- The accounting department knew we were 50/50 custody and I asked a number of times to type up two different accounts so my ex (The FBI Special Agent) and I can keep our billing different. Things got progressively worse here and we came to a head when Mrs. Cain didn't know my children's whereabouts, even though they ride the CLA busses. How is this safe?? I own and operate a small business myself and I would never care for my patients the way CLA care for their children and respective families. I am a doctor and I am appalled that Mrs. Cain did not follow the divorce decree from day 1 and went by the verbal consent of my ex Mr. FBI Special Agent. I cannot speak any worse of this facility. My girls were called into the office and nothing was ever documented if it made the center look bad. Clearly, this business is profit driven and I will not cower to speak my mind just because my ex-husband Mr. FBI SPECIAL AGENT TRIED TO TRUMP ME and the school didn't follow our divorce decree. Ironically- Mrs. Jaimie Cain has stepped down and now they are under a different management. My daughter started attending pre-school at Xplor, and she loves it. The curriculum is fun but educational and I especially love getting the daily updates with photos and summary of activities and meals. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I am saddened to watch my son go there, knowing he hates it and says "momma here sad, here sad" every single morning. I am saddened by knowing that they change his diaper only TWICE in a whole 12 hour span and has this inhumane rash that eill not go away and every time i pick him up he has a diaper sagging filled with pee and poop tgat i have to ask them to change (they always pretend that they "just" changed him, really? Every time he just happens to have overflowing diaper?). I am saddened seeing my son come back to me hurt physically each and every single day, every day it's a new excuse and now they don't even tell me that he got hurt, i get the agony of finding that my child is hurt and neglected all on my own, nightmare of an idea. I'm saddened to see him starving and begging for food the second he sees me, shouldn't he be fed? This is a toddler that eats everything, not a picky eater at all. The new director is less caring than the old one and neither could retain the good staff members. When everyone runs away, then you know there's something going on. They WILL and DO neglect children (I've witnessed it), they WILL and DO speak harshly to children (I've seen it first hand), they WILL and DO rob you blind while impeding growth of children while taking on the label "CHRISTIAN" to make believe without even a single Christian behavior. Sad, supremely sad how we pay so much to watch our children hurt mentally, physical and with growth. I'm having to wait out the 2 weeks notice, it's agonizingly long.
