I went in right when they opened so there was no crowd but that didn't stop Lisa from rushing through my manicure and dip. She was so sloppy that she sanded my cuticles on several fingers leaving me in pain and with cuts. The thumb was so uneven she had to keep sanding it and actually sanded a hole into my nail bed. While I was in there, two other women came in as return customers with complaints about their nails that had just been done the day before and they gave them a very hard time about fixing the problems. My hands still hurt a week later. I will never go back.

NAIL COMPLAINT: Beware! I went to this nail salon for a…read moremanicure with shellac polish. The nail technician was way too quick & started to soak off my existing shellac nail polish for only about 3 minutes then proceeded to use a tool to vigorously scrape off the polish on my nails. She was rough & not gentle whatsoever, several times I would jerk my hand back saying that hurt to her reply, sorry. I should of left then! She used nail tools I never saw from any sanitary solution -they were from her drawer as well. Long story short, I left there with all my nail beds sore - 2 weeks later diagnosed with bacterial nail infection & placed on antibiotics for 10 days. My nails hurt & look horrific. I may lose all my nails as this infection heals. Beware & always watch for proper sterility/sanitation of all nail tools used on yourself before continuing to get your nails done! Even the brushes at the sink labeled clean & used -who knows if used one placed in clean basket! None were in any sanitary solution either. A hard lesson learned! These pics of my nails were exactly 3wks after manicure! Choose your nail salons wisely!
