She was so sloppy that she sanded my cuticles on several fingers leaving me in pain and with cuts. The thumb was so uneven she had to keep sanding it and actually sanded a hole into my nail bed. While I was in there, two other women came in as return customers with complaints about their nails that had just been done the day before and they gave them a very hard time about fixing the problems.
