Went today with two of my girlfriends - we regularly have a Headspa day and choose different places each time, and Mimosa was our pick for the day! Parking is in a super busy lot attached to a strip mall. Spots are limited to 1 hour, though I don't know how much of that is enforced. It was pretty challenging to find a spot on a weekend around 10am, since the plaza is pretty busy. The 3 of us got the Emerald packages. 2 of us had an amazing experience, however one of us said it was one of the worst experiences she's had at a head spa. (Which goes to show it's dependent on who you end up getting). We walked in almost immediately and were asked to remove our shirts but were not given any coverups or towels. Thankfully we all knew each other, but just an unexpected step. The girl that had a bad experience said that her attendant was inexperienced, was using her nails too much, and didn't know how to properly blow dry hair (she ended up getting a different attendant to finish drying her hair). I, on the other hand, had the experienced attendant that finished drying her hair for the whole experience. The aromatherapy, the pressure, the package itself, was a great deal. I would come back again, but would be specific about who you request as your head masseuse. read more

They offer additional add ons to include in your service. If you would like additional massage time on your neck and shoulders. The hot tools styling, hot oil treatment and wrinkle remover machine are the top tier items I love to include in my service and highly recommend it! I got "The Rejuvenate" which was $70 for 45 minutes. It included a hair wash with head, neck, and shoulder massage; a hot towel; and facial cleansing with cucumber mask. My only complaint is why a hair wash place doesn't automatically include drying your hair? The staff were very sweet and took good care of me. She made sure I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the process. Very chill vibes there. They played soft music and the whole place is dimly lit to set the calming mood. read more

My hair always comes out so soft and smooth. I love how they tuck you in with multiple blankets at the beginning of the service. Everything about this place is just amazing! Prior to the massage you tell them how much pressure you want, and what areas to focus on. I kept track of the time and it was definitely 60min. Vivian was very professional! I never felt uncomfortable and had a pleasant experience. The inside is clean and the rooms are private but not sound proof due to the design of the place. I believe this is for the staff's safety and I have no problem with it. I will warn that you can hear everything outside your room, including other staff members and patrons.

I was a Vietnamese customer who regularly visited the salon. At first, the owner, Holly (Hoa), was the one who worked on me. However, after a few visits, she began treating me disrespectfully. She constantly spoke loudly, gossiped about the other workers to me, and repeatedly used offensive remarks when talking about other ethnic groups, such as, "Mexicans live like pigs," and "Middle Eastern people are stingy." Make sure you wear a top that would expose your shoulders and water my trickle down your neck during the wash. They do lay down a towel, but just in case. It was pretty brief. They used a lot of product which smelled very natural versus fragrant which I liked as I don't love especially perfume-y scents. The time went by quick and by the time they were done, the 90 minutes came and went. It was neat to see what our scalps looked like before and after. My wife's hair looked super shiny after. My hair was fluffy and soft to the touch. Really enjoyed this session and would come back again.

Everything was fantastic and it was clear that the therapists working on me were meticulously trained and eager to provide a positive experience. Nick even brought a nice cup of tea for me to enjoy during my blow dry. Aside from the fantastic service, the place was incredibly clean and well-maintained- while the location is quite unassuming from the outside, it's a lovely retreat on the inside, and quiet to the point that when my service was over I was surprised to see another guest in the draped area next to me as I hadn't even heard her come in. Most of us don't have the time or resources to treat ourselves whenever we feel like it, and when I make the time to do something nice for myself, there's nothing better than walking away with the feeling that it was time and money well spent. The team at Jolye delivered the relaxing, therapeutic experience I was craving while also delivering unparalleled customer service from start to finish and truly making me feel valued and cared for. This was my first head spa experience and Jolye won me over- I'm going to make this a recurring treat and never see the need to try anywhere else! On a more practical note, parking was no problem for me at 10am on a Sunday- however, when I left shortly before noon, 2 cars were stalking my spot. While the space is smaller, it actually adds to the experience - it feels more intimate, private, and very well maintained. Everything was extremely clean, and the decor is simple but calming. The service is where they really stand out. The scalp acupressure alone was something I didn't realize I needed - it relieved so much tension. My massage specialist was incredibly thorough and worked through my lymph nodes from head to toe. It started off a bit intense because of how tight my muscles were, but quickly melted into deep relaxation. The foot massage was also a highlight - so good. Between that, the deep tissue work, and the hot stones, it really felt like a full-body reset. At one point, I completely knocked out. I ended up having one of the best nights of sleep I've had in a long time afterward. Booking is currently done by phone since they don't have an online system, but it was easy to make an appointment. You lay down on a cushioned table and your neck sits on cushioned pillow. Once I was able to relax my body I succumbed to my therapists hands. She then proceeded to give me a facial which also felt very nice. It was like a full blown service for my face which I havent received for some time.
