This is THE place to be for anything hair-related. Truly! I've gotten my hair done (bleached, balayage, babylights, foilyage, highlights, etc) and this was my favorite experience. The salon feels very homey and gives family vibes. Just be prepared that if you're going in for any bleaching service it'll most likely be an all-day thing. But Ai Lin and everybody cares very much about the integrity of your hair and Ai Lin is very realistic about what is achievable for your hair without damaging it too much. Ai Lin works very hard (as does everybody else in this hair salon!) and is very much working on multiple people at once, but does her best to check in. I didn't see her eat or drink water once (hopefully she did!), for the whole time I was there from 10:30-6:30pm. My hair also wasn't lifting in the bottom as we expected to, as I last dyed my hair 5 years ago but we were able to make it work. She also gave me SUCH a good long layered cut! I'm very grateful to have been taken care of by such a thoughtful team and would highly recommend anybody to come here. I'll be coming back for a tone in the summer!

It is a Vietnamese owned shop and they are all very friendly. They prefer cash band they take Zelle as well. They take both appointments and walk ins. With walk ins, they try to sit you in between coloring sessions so that everyone has the same amount of attention. They are very quick and efficient. They have radio music in the back and it's usually throwbacks which is really nice to hear.

I swear she is a total pro! No hesitation in her movements - she knew exactly what she was doing...she could do this in her sleep! She easily touched up my roots and put in my highlights with impeccable skill.
