The service is top notch as Linda (the owner) was able to squeeze me in for an early morning appointment with Jasmine the next day. I went for the Pure Bliss package which includes a scalp analysis and learned a lot about my scalp. The hair washing and massages were super relaxing and I was shocked at how healthy my hair looked after. Jasmine also told me not to wash my hair for several days for the products to absorb, which I was initially skeptical about as I exercise every day, but even after 4 days my hair still looked clean and healthy! I didn't know that a small bald spot was developing on the back of my head and I'm so glad she told me and informed me on how to prevent its progression. I met with Linda the business owner a few weeks ago and saw her spa. I was interested in what they do here and decided to set up an appointment. They also had a scalp analysis which shows pictures of your scalp zoomed in and gave details of how healthy or damaged your scalp is. I had a severe skin condition which flared and it started from my scalp down to my body. The scalp treatment, facials, and massage was amazing! I had the appointment with Thuong, and she was great!! I saw that they were having a promo for health care workers for Wednesday and since they were new, I decided to check it out. I had Thuong and she was great. She helped analyze my scalp and hair follicles, as well as offer some ways to help with my hair density and how to take care of my hair. After that, I changed into a robe and laid in their comfortable massage chairs while she gave me a mini facial, massage and hair wash. It was verrry relaxing and I might have fallen asleep at some point . She offered some tea, water and cookies (great for a snacky girl ). Jeanny, who took care of me, started with a scalp analysis. she gave suggestions and tips to keep my hair healthy then proceeded to wash my hair. the head spa was amazing and different than any other place i've been to! you lay down in a full body massage chair (i've only laid on a flat bed) and get your hair gently washed. Jeanny used products thatll help improve my hair such as tea tree shampoo/oil since my hair is on the oily side lol. i also got a really nice face and shoulder massage, and ended with a short back massage and blow drying session! overall, i'd definitely go back to vitality vibe spa. the ladies were so nice and took good care of me. i also left with a goodie bag since it was my birthday. it included a face mask and a mini mister for my hair that smells like rosemary! great experience read more
