I booked a deluxe package for my cousin and I after seeing it went viral on TikTok. The place is clean and they were fully staffed since we saw about 3 other customers showing up at 10am yet they were still able to take us in at the same time. The deluxe package is 65 minutes which includes: * Massage to relax the head area * Face washing and dead skin removal * Special face lifting treatment using jade roller & guasha stones for 8 mins. This * treatment stimulates the blood flow, helps to remove toxins, releases tension & * reduces wrinkles and fine lines. It was heavenly! My favorite part was the facial massages, hair mask that had a cooling sensation, and the neck and upper shoulder massage with hot stones. At the end of the service they walk you to the hair station to dry your hair while you get a foot massage in the machine. I noticed they use Moroccan oil, which is something I love and use at home. It didn't come with any hair styling but I'm sure you can add on for blowouts if you wanted to. My hair felt really clean and all the tension I had melted away. We chose the deluxe package for $60 which was like 40% facial 30% head spa 20% massage. They give you an option to choose how much pressure you'd like them to use during the massage. I chose medium, but I recommend choosing soft if you want a more relaxing experience. The store itself was not very clean/tidy. There are opened snacks and used mugs lying around, and their restroom was not stocked and not maintained. Also, take note that they go on their lunch break around 12-1pm so consider not going around that time. Okay i am 100000% coming back! The whole experience from walking in to the massage/treatment was soo good! You walk in and the staff is literally soo sweet. My friend and I got the deluxe package ($65 for 60mins) which included so much! (I forgot to take a pic of menu) but it was soooo worth it. I've been to other head spas for basically twice the price and it wasn't even as good as this one! the lady working on me was so strong when massaging my neck, which i loved!!! I went in for a hair wash treatment with my friend and it exceeded our expectations! They included a facial, neck, and shoulder massage as part of the package, which was such a nice bonus. Nhân viên có làm đủ các bước, nhưng không đúng kỹ thuật, nên không mang lại cảm giác thư giãn, thậm chí còn gây đau. Ngay từ đầu mình đã nhận ra tay nghề nhân viên khá yếu nên trước khi bắt đầu gội mình đã xin đổi người. Tuy nhiên chị ấy không đồng ý và xin cơ hội làm, nên mình cũng cố gắng nằm cho chị làm tiếp. Nhưng trong suốt quá trình, mình cảm thấy mọi thứ đều làm thiếu sự chắc tay và thiếu kỹ thuật cơ bản. Một số vấn đề mình gặp phải: * Tóc xả dầu gội chưa sạch nhưng đã chuyển sang bước khác, khiến tóc vẫn còn cảm giác ngứa và chưa sạch hoàn toàn. Kỹ thuật gãi đầu cũng chưa tới nơi tới chốn, lực tay không đều và không đúng điểm nên không tạo được cảm giác thư giãn như một dịch vụ gội đầu thư giãn đúng nghĩa. * Massage không đúng kỹ thuật, dù mình đã nói 2-3 lần rằng mình không cảm nhận được lực và không feel được điểm massage, nhưng chị ấy vẫn tiếp tục làm như cũ. * Bấm sai vị trí, đặc biệt bấm trực tiếp vào cổ khiến mình bị đau, thay vì bấm vào cơ cổ hoặc đúng huyệt cổ. * Động tác massage có cố gắng mạnh nhưng không đúng điểm, mà cũng ko đủ lực, nên không giúp thư giãn mà chỉ tạo cảm giác khó chịu. Mình đã chọn gói dịch vụ $65, nên cũng kỳ vọng sẽ nhận được trải nghiệm tương xứng với số tiền bỏ ra. Tuy nhiên sau khi sử dụng dịch vụ, mình thật sự cảm thấy không xứng đáng với mức giá này. Exceeded my expectations. Paid for the Deluxe Service for 1.5 hours and they graciously serviced me and my girlfriend for 2 hours. They did a facial, scalp, neck, shoulder, arm and wrist massage. They applied skincare for the face after and even blew dry my hair with leave in conditioner and hair oil. The staff is very friendly, professional, and fast. The massage was hard but exactly what I wanted, similar to ones I get with a chiropractor. I almost booked a body massage after but ended up not needing to. 15/10 service, would definitely come again. I came here for lash lift 6 weeks ago and I had a good experience overall. Lash result: 5/5 Except for the ones that naturally fall out, the rest stays curled till now, which is 1.5 month later. Cost: 4/5 Lash lift costs $55 and $10 extra for lash tint. I think the cost is very fair for the service and the quality of curl I received. The only thing caught me off guard is the difference in the cost between the online and in-stored menu by $20. Service: 5/5 The owner/lash technician, Jolies, is a very friendly and thorough lady. Really bad service I encountered today. I scheduled an appointment for 5pm for my mom and I. We get there on time and we get told there in the spot that we couldn't be seen because a 4pm appointment was running 30 minutes late ?! Why is that our problem. The least they could've done is give a courtesy call to come later but instead making us waste gas in this economy. It was very unprofessional. They shouldn't have took the LATE 4pm appointment. I found them on Instagram and saw they were having a special. I made an appointment and they were available the next day. I chose the luxury package that was 95 minutes. The description said it was heavy on the facial part which I loved. Their products seem to be of great quality and nothing broke me out (I have sensitive skin). The whole head spa was very relaxing and the oils smelled amazing. She had perfect pressure and she knew where my knots were, not just following a routine. She must have spent some extra time on them because when we were done it was over 95 minutes. She was very open to feedback on pressure and temperature of water. Organized , they will give you a bin to put your things , even for your jewelries and trinkets . They took their time , paying attention to details .
