I have never met anyone who talks as much as she does. Every single visit, we are subjected to hours of nonstop, loud conversations. Most appointments last 2-3 hours, and somehow the talking never stops for even a few minutes. Sometimes customers simply want to relax, enjoy a quiet moment, or even just sit peacefully while getting their nails done. That seems impossible when there is a constant stream of loud commentary in the background. What's even more concerning is that she occasionally scolds employees in front of customers and frequently shares personal stories and gossip that customers never asked to hear. The salon should feel calm and welcoming, not like being trapped in someone else's never-ending conversation. To be clear, this review is not directed at the nail technicians or the quality of their work. They are the reason we keep coming back. In fact, if Anna's nonstop talking were not part of the experience, I would happily leave a 5-star review. I sincerely hope the owner takes this feedback into consideration.
