While I was there, a few repeat customers the come regularly, which is one of the best signs of quality service with fair prices. My daughter loves designs and nails alone $85 a pop with tip. Which I don't mind. However they have a women who sits up front and answers the phone...maybe a manager or something. Whenever we are there and one of the technicians asks her something she is snotty, rude, rolling her eyes (because she does not want to take them off the phone:/) I was trying to pay for my daughter and I. Since my daughter's nails were not finished yet this apparently was a big deal...lots of eye rolling, sighs, and blah blah blah.. This is not the first or second time I have seen her be rude and snotty to others while I was there. Today will be the last time. It is too bad. They have great nail techs. However, there little gatekeeper needs a major attitude adjustment. 5 stars for nails ------neg----stars for atmosphere. It cost nothing to be kind respectful to others. It does start to cost when you do not.

First the pedicure are great regardless of which one you do. I usually have the gentleman May doing my pedicures and they last for a month without chipping or peeling off. I have a bruise on my toe nail from a broken toe and instead of using white polish to cover it first, they just painted my toes using a sheer polish and let the bruise show through. It looks dumb. I am well pleased. I love that she charges a flat fee for her services, no up-charging for designs or polish. I can't wait to experience other colors, designs and techniques that she has available. The studio is close to my job, conveniently located and I found the parking to be a breeze. Just pay attention to the suite numbers on the buildings. Stephanie offers the convenience of snacks and refreshments; great conversation and a television for catching up on the latest shows. She books one person at a time, so there's no interruption or irritation of loud conversations and such. She's a consummate professional and highly skilled.
