I was pleased with the eyebrow threading, and the appearance of the spa But I was very disappointed with the $1.00 fee they charge to use a debit or credit card. They claim it is a bank required fee. That is a scam, banks do not require the customer to pay a fee to use debit or credit. They also claim that all India/Hindu business in the triangle area charge this fee. I have never heard of such a thing. She suggested that if I do not want to be charged this fee that I should pay in CASH. They are pocketing that fee that they are charging the customers. This is illegal. I liked their service but I may not go back because of this questionable policy they have. And if they continue to do this it should be very clearly stated so the customers can see this policy before they have any services done to avoid being surprised with unnecessary fees. read more

I just moved from LA and must admit I care more about finding the right brow artist than doctor. I stumbled on this hidden gem and must say.. it's amazing. I had threading for the first time and am hooked. My brows just needed to be cleaned up and I was terrified if I went to the wrong place my brows would be ruined. Well, my brows are perfect. I've been here for eyebrow, face threading and waxing services. Prices are reasonable and they provide very efficient services. I've gone for threading to Mina, Anupa, Rina and for waxing to Sumita. All are really good professionals. They always ask eyebrow shape preferences and prioritize your satisfaction. Mina is very very gentle, while threading eyebrows. I've never had such a painless eyebrow threading experience consistently in my entire life! I am very satisfied with the shape Mina and Anupa have given to my eyebrows consistently. Also, during face threading, I noticed Anupa and Rina really take care of details and thread very thoroughly. I've been to Sumita only once for full arm waxing and she is really efficient and does waxing very quickly, in 15-20 min! I decided to give this place a try after reading all the reviews and was not disappointed. Mina does an excellent job on my eyebrows and is super quick. It's a 5-minute process and not any more painful than waxing. Plus, can't beat the price $6 for amazing eyebrows. I love Mina and her shop! It's so clean an inviting, with soothing music and a very relaxing aroma therapy scent. She is so precise and extremely through with her threading technique. She always asks what shape I would like and always shows me once she's done with each brow. My arch is always perfect, and if I don't like how they are growing in I just tell her, and next time she will tweak how she shapes them. Also, I never wait more than 5 minutes and usually like to come during the week in the day when it's less busy.
