Amazing service! So Minasian RC contacted me when I requested a handyman via Yelp. They were the first to respond and gave me a flat fee so I gave them the job, they came in on a Sunday (their day off) assembled my baby's complicated dresser and hung my 2 doors I had previously removed. Upon conversation I found out they do pretty much everything so I asked them to return the next day to install the laminate floors I had recently purchased (install went great) the next day I called them to my work place to fix a door handle problem we were having for months. I personally will be using them for all my personal handyman jobs. Pricing is fair and flat, workman ship is great and also they bent over backwards going to Loews and Home Depot trying to find pieces to work with my baby's dresser since the manufacturer had not sent some important pieces. My parents live in an old house built in the 60s and the only "renovations" done were a result of the 94 earthquake. They needed a new garage door opener installed since their old one died. I bought one during prime day and after reviewing installation videos of the exact model on YouTube, i decided i could install this no problem. I was able to get through about 90% of the installation process when i ran into a problem. Remember me mentioning my parents house was old? Well, the garage ceiling is unfinished and instead of wooden rafts evenly spaced out going across the garage ceiling, there were 2 long wooden planks each going from one corner to the opposite corner to create a big X. This meant there was no way for me to mount the motor the way genie intended. That's when i decided this was beyond what i was comfortable doing and decided to get some help. I requested a quote from all of the handyman service providers in my area and aram replied back quickly. I explained my situation and we negotiated a fair price and he came the very next day to finish the job i started. He could've finished the job in 30 minutes but he went out of his way to make sure everything else i installed was done correctly as well! He even cleaned up after himself! If you're looking for an honest, skilled and hard working handyman, look no further than Aram. At the very least give him a chance to quote your next project. Aram and his team were great! I will be defiantly working with their team again and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do the same!!! Our building has been going through some plumbing issues and within a week we were told that all owners need to disassemble and take out their washer/dryer unit from these tinny closets that they are set in so the plumbers can reach the unit's main water line and shout off . Thanks to Aram, the whole process went by smoothly. He was great at communicating, very professional, friendly and ON TIME!! The washer dryer I have are very heavy and set in such a small space . He was very careful on handling them all while being aware of the flooring and walls, making sure not to scratch or chip anything. Since this project needed to be completed in 2 days , he was very understanding,flexible and on a Friday afternoon on a short notice came by to the unit and put back my washer/dryer unit in place! The guys did a great job with replacing my windows. I had 3 retrofit windows that i ordered, the guys who was supposed to do it originally didnt show up. They answered to my request right away and stopped by the next day. I was happy with the price and they were able to do it the same day. Aman came out to my house after the first handyman flaked. Aman fixed my french door where water was getting into the house. It was difficult to determine where the leak was coming from, but he said that he guaranteed his work. it rained 2 weeks after his repair and water got in. Aman responded immediately and came out the next day and identified exactly where the leak was. And it fixed the french door at no extra charge. In addition, he fixed a lock on my gate for free. I highly recommend him because it's very hard to find someone who is reliable, shows up, and is affordable. I would continue to do business with this company in the future and refer others.
