When I was looking for help with various things, Bryon was very responsive and quoted rates better than I hoped for. It is just me and my 2 fur babies and we can't seem to get anything accomplished. Bryan and Edgar did a good job on changing out our sink and faucet. I had a double sink that was really small and I wanted a single big sink. Unfortunately when they arrived, they realized that i ordered the wrong size sink and were willing to wait to see if I was able to find one same day or come back the next day. I ended up ordering one on Amazon that took two days to deliver and Bryan ensured that he stayed in communication with in case it arrived earlier. I'd recommend for other misc home needs. read more

Bryon brought me the biggest headache among all my repairs/cleaning in my current rental house preparation. I have a living room ceiling which was done unevenly and needs to be redone to make it more beautiful. Before the beginning of his work, I explicitly showed the areas which need to be redone and improved in four pictures from different angles. I also expressed no less than three times that they need to be patched/mud, textured and painted. In the end, he fixed some areas of which I told him texture were too heavy twice and he just ignored them, and he left area undone and charged extra money to make it up. When I expressed dissatisfaction, he shouted at me, and threatened me that he was leaving my house (he charged three times in the process of the job, so that he was not afraid of losing money). In the very beginning, he paid extra money to deal with all visible holes, cracks and stains. On the second day of the project, he disagreed with doing cracks and stains. In the end, he was able to deal with cracks after I agreed to pay extra money. Worst of all, he was not able to find a similar paint color for those holes/stains/cracks touchup, even though he has 3*8 inches paint sample ( He cut it from my wall without my permission, and the door is still unfixed). I was trying my best to help him, I provided leftover paintings as a reference. I asked my pre-contractor the color code as a reference. In the end, he asked me to find a color for him. I asked for my pre-contractor's help and was able to find the color, but he refused to buy the paint whose cost should have been included in the quote. At that time, he delayed my deadline by three days, and I could not find another contractor to work for me and I had to go to home depot to check colors back and forth in three runs for several hours and paint by myself for an extra couple of hours. My deep cleaning and carpet cleaning and photography schedule were fixed. So I have to paint after all are cleaned and I made some carpets and surfaces a mess and dirty. And I was painting where my photographer was working and caused extra money because of extended service time. I was exhausted by struggling in finding paint colors and learning how to buy the correct materials and tools and paint at the last minute. He did not provide an invoice in the end either. It is the worst experience in my entire repair project in the past several months. He is rude and violent-oriented, not transparent, pricing high and not caring for clients. I strongly suggest not using him if you do not want to have a severe headache! read more

My mother however needed additional work on her toilet and garage door as she was having issues, so since my mother had received great service prior we called Byron back and they came out and did the job as needed. Bryon did a great job. He was very clear on explaining the things that could be done and potential risks. I asked him to come fix a gap between my door and door frame after another "handyman" completely butchered the job. Bryon was very honest with what had been done to the door the first time. I initially asked for the door to be moved up to close the gaps but because it was done so badly he told me the screws were stripped and moving it could damage the frame and I would possibly need a whole new door AND frame. Bryan IS NOT fit to call himself a Handyman. His assistant, Nolan, was the one who knew how to, at least, put furniture together. Bryan was worthless. As for the painting, Bryan and I spoke on the phone and I explained to him that I had a 9' x 9' room I wanted painted with an accent wall. Due to me wanting an accent wall, Bryan stated it would be more expensive because of the taping. After arriving and ready to paint, that is when Bryan brought to my attention that he DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PAINT. He did not even bring the equipment needed to paint, such as a tarp or painters tape. Attached are pictures of the HORRIBLE work from him and his company and the mess he left behind. I spent the next day repainting areas in the room due to Bryan's incompetence with painting. Bryan also stated that because he is "old" that he only works from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and that he would be able to complete the project within that amount of time. Bryan and his assistant (and later the assistance girlfriend) did not leave me home until 9:00 THAT NIGHT. A 12 HOUR DAY! If Bryan did not have his assistant, he would not have been able to do the work. Bryan also came off as abrasive and rude with a threatening demeanor towards me and DID NOT PROVIDE AN INVOICE in the end. PLEASE EVERYONE-DO NOT ALLOW THIS MAN TO WORK ON YOUR HOME!.
