He usually comes to your home but this was a surprise for my husband so he met me at Best But and we walked over to Starbucks where he worked his magic. I hadn't gotten a case for the IPad so he walked back to Best But with me to help find the right one. No go, so when he got home he researched it for me and sent me a recommendation online that was incredibly inexpensive!! I felt he earned every dollar of his very reasonable charge. Within one hour, he diagnosed that the problem was software related. He "cleaned-up" our system, removed old unused software and applications, and added an application that monitored our temperature and fan speed. It was truly successful and Kevin indicated that we can easily get another five years our of our 2019 laptop. We originally thought that it was a plug vent or broken fan, but rather Keven explained that too much unused software and applications can cause this overheating. We definitely will call Dr. Mac when we have Mac computer problems. He was reasonably priced and we are truly satisfied as you can tell from this review.

The urgency was that the person was leaving the country on Saturday. I called several process servers in both cities and had difficulty getting a response. Though I worked with a very responsive server in the city for Friday and I paid him (as it was getting late, 5p, on Thursday and I wasn't getting any calls back about serving the party on Thursday... Even the butte county sheriff's office neglected for an entire two weeks to call me back) eventually Amber from AW Legal services called me back. I was frustrated that I had lost the money (due to the lack of responsiveness from several places in Chico) from paying the other processor for the Friday job. However once Amber called, we discussed the entire process, the identification information, and her pricing. I had a fee waiver for the county, but you can't use it if they never call you back so I was happy to find that Amber's pricing is extremely reasonable!!! I made the payment and I advised the Friday process server (in the Friday city), right away, that I might be able to get it done that evening (with AW Legal) but the chances were slim. He told me to let him know if I got it done. Shocked as all get out, Amber, with only basic address info (wasn't 100% sure about the way the apartment # was written) managed to serve the party within two hours. But here's the icing on the cake... My paralegal had multiple misscommunications with myself & Amber in regards to getting the original paperwork from Amber so that it could be delivered to the court. Eventually, I had to cut out the middle man and (2 weeks after service) ask Amber to please send it directly to me. She paid out of her pocket to overnight it to me. This act alone deserves five stars! I was extremely thankful. Amber will send you simple smile emojis, one word answers, and she's not very verbose in her texts (Lol) but she gets to the point, will get the job done, quickly, and correctly. And she is the type that will stick with you until it is done! I couldn't have been happier with her kindness, her commitment to completing the job, her relaxed nature (at a time that is stressful to her clients), and her professionalism.

The employee -- who I was told is the one who provides pricing on this type of service -- met me in front, inspected my car, and stated it would be $300 and that I would simply need to wash the car before dropping it off. When I returned about 6 weeks later to schedule (I was waking on a backordered windshield replacement), the office manager stated that the other employee was on a phone call and that she would send me an email (I explained fully my previous visit.) Curiously, it was now $400. When I asked for an explanation of the price increase, she stated (over emails) that the other employee had merely provided an estimate. However, he had never stated that it was a ballpark estimate. I question their honesty and integrity after this exchange. I won't ever do business there.

I realized that the last time I reviewed this business was years ago…read more Time for an update! I'm still a DigitalPath customer. Since last writing my review, the Internet speed and quality [referring to the connection] have been good and bad. They recently came over and gave me an upgrade. They took out the old Gen7 hardware and replaced it with Gen8 [their newest addition] hardware. It was free to all existing customers. Now, I can use their brand new Gen8 technology, and so far there have been almost no drops in connection. The speed is fast, and I'm having no problems streaming movies and series, or downloading files. I think they have improved with their service over the years. If my connection and speed continue to hold strong, I'll update again with an even better review.
