HE ALSO INFLATES THE ANTENNA COST WHICH IS DOUBLE THE GOING RATE. WISH I HAD NOT CONTACTED OR GOTTEN INVOLVED WITH TERRY'S TV, IN ORLAND, CALIFORNIA. I am an 83 year old man that cannot climb ladders any more so on June 3, 2020, I contacted Terry's TV to come out and install an antenna that he recommended. We tried this antenna for one month and were not able to get a lot of the local channels. I called Terry on July 1, 2020 and told him that this antenna did not work in our area and would he come out and check it out. On July 13, 2020, I sent Terry's TV an e-mail stating that since we have not heard from him we had the antenna taken down and installed another antenna that works well and we get a lot more channels. Got a call from Terry on July 15, 2020, stating that he was on vacation and we talked about him picking up the antenna for credit. I asked him to let me know when I can expect him to stop by. On July 21, 2020, I sent Terry another e-mail stating that the last time we talked was on July 15, 2020. Again we talked about him picking up the antenna for credit and wanted to know when to expect him. On July 26, 2020, we sent Terry another e-mail asking him why he is avoiding my e-mails. As of July 30, 2020, I have gotten no response from Terry's TV.

He did a great job replacing 2 CAT5e cables (that failed although cable 2 still barely worked) with CAT6 runs that are approximately 200 feet including 100ft of 3/4" conduit and replaced the ethernet jacks at both ends. I agree with a couple other reviews that this company appears to be a scam to get your credit card…read morenumber. I only called them because Xfinity recommended them. I needed in-wall cable running. They said, no problem, and made me an appointment. The night before the appointment their "tech" calls confirming what type of service I needed then says they quoted me the wrong price and he can't work for that. The tech, Alex, says "after I buy the cable I'd have to install it for free." Wow, I had no idea Ethernet cable was $225 for 50 feet! So, this tech person cancels my appointment. A week later, when I take a break from unpacking boxes, I call Hello Tech again and ask what happened to my appointment. Their customer service rep says I cancelled the appointment, which is absolutely NOT TRUE. She books me another appointment and the next morning I get a text message saying I cancelled it. I just called this company again about my appointment for today and they say, I cancelled it. Either this company enjoys gaslighting people, or it is a total scam to get your credit card number then not perform any work. Beware and watch your card for charges.
