Attended a sound bath and acupuncture class this morning which was pretty fun. We walked in to some calming sounds, with yoga mats, pillows and blankets already available for us. Sara introduced herself and introduced the sound bath facilitator. She informed us what was going to occur which was helpful. Sara came around and gave a short neck and shoulder massage before Dr. Elizabeth came around to put the acupuncture needles in us. She asked what we wanted to work on and was very gentle. First time visiting this studio for their community event- Yoga & Mocktails. Located right off 30th Street, this is an intimate and wonderful space to practice. We did a Gentle Flow followed by Mocktails, where you could mingle w/ others and get to know both new faces and regular members. Had a chance to speak w/ the owner who shared she wanted a studio that people in the area could walk to and build relationships etc. Got to know other yoga teachers that happened to be sitting nearby & chatted about life. When time permits, I will definitely visit again and/or take a day off where I can try multiple classes. Love that this is in the heart of South Park near all the other local shops and businesses. Really appreciate a space that has a vision for a tight knit community. Cheers to more yoga to help lighten the spirits because well, we all need it! read more

This is the best new addition to South Park. The location is right on 30th street and the studio is very charming. I love how they provide mats for you - it makes it so much easier to just show up. Sara (the studio owner) is so welcoming and warm and this feeling is felt through all of the classes at the studio. I've tried a variety of yoga classes - they all were amazing and left me feeling incredible. My absolute favorite classes were the breath-work and hypnosis classes. I had never been to a breath-work class before, and it was incredible. I'm not sure how to fully describe it - you just have to try it. But from the incredible classes to the tea served at the end, there is so much intention put into everything here. I can't wait for my next class. read more

Lets start with the studio. Sarah made sure to curate the most adorable studio that is designed and well thought out from the rounded end yoga mats to the matching blankets and bolsters. It creates a calming soothing space. When you take a class you bring nothing but yourself. She provides everything, even tea, water and chocolate at the end of class. I loved the Meditation and the Breath class and will be back. The instructor put me in a meditative state that was just beyond. I felt supported and welcomed. read more

One of the things I like best about Sarah is she's funny -- strong in all the senses, vulnerable without defenses. She brings her skill as a teacher and her humanity to the mat, zoom or in person. 45 minutes with Sara is like hitting the reset button while being held in beautiful community by a sweet soul, who is always teaching from a place of being one of us. one of the squares that make the world go round. I have taken Sara's classes for years both in-person and online and honestly can't say enough great things about her. Besides being a very technically sound and highly trained yoga teacher, she has a special gift for infusing classes with just enough spirituality and challenge without going overboard; so yogis of all types feel satisfied. She's also incredibly smart, funny, fun, thoughtful and kind; so much so that she has become a friend as well. However, I would say these things about her regardless.
