If I had a couple critiques it would be I wish they had a larger parking lot and more than one restroom & a larger shower area. It can get pretty busy if you have a workout during their peak times like after work 4PM and on the weekends. It can be hectic trying to find street parking. Also the shower/restroom area gets lots of people traffic when pilates & spin classes get out at the same time. Makes it harder to use those facilities. Otherwise I would definitely recommend Activate House for the spin classes! I have yet to try their pilates.

I was greeted upon arrival and the girl at the front desk welcomed me and gave me a tour of the studio. There's a yoga studio on one side and the cycle on the other side, with a few indoor and outdoor seating areas. There's one restroom and two shower stalls, and two sinks with blow dryers, hair ties, dry shampoo etc. They also provide towels for the workout classes and for the showers too. I took the spin class and my friend Christian helped me with setting up my bike. The class was awesome! Upbeat and fun! Loved that the instructor was cheering people on and also made the lights a bit different depending on the song/mood/workout, and love that she turned on the fan cause it was HOT inside. It was a great workout. The staff and people inside the class were friendly. There's a small parking lot connected to other shops/restaurants around. If it's full, street parking it is. I would totally come back here if I lived closer!

When I got to the studio I was about 20 minutes early but she was so nice and sweet and made me feel so welcomed. The workout nearly killed me in the best way possible and whenever I'm in San Diego I hope I can take a class with her again! The music was chefs kiss! The class had me sore for a few days which meant it did what it was supposed to do.

It was everything this bad-girl-ashtangi could have ever asked for. Still remains one of the best classes I have taken to date. Unfortunately, I don't see this class on the schedule anymore! Since my first visit 3.5 years ago, Infinite Yoga partnered with Cycle OM. Accordingly now there are fewer yoga classes and more cycle opportunities. Nonetheless, everyday there are plenty of chances to get on the mat. Additionally, the space got a posh remodel! The studio space is clean with a welcoming collection of well-maintained props (there is nothing worse then a stinky blanket!) Last time, I took an absolutely wonderful OmVinyasa class with Dana. I highly recommend her approachable, invigorating, Ashtanga -inspired classes. She also offers wonderful adjustments. I also recommend Trevor's rendition of Primary Series. He must have held navasana for 25 breaths! I appreciated his alignment cues, pristine adjustments and sense of humor. I'll be back the next time I visit sis!

The 3 for 1 drop in rate of $19 is a total steal. The quality of these classes are really good, and always feel like I get a workout, regardless of the level class I'm taking. These teachers are experienced yoga teachers, unlike other studios with newer teachers, who may not be as passionate about the practice or knowledgable about form and adjustments. I've only had experience with Trevor and Dominique (a sub who was also good), and it's been great. The classes with Trevor are fun but he takes yoga seriously. He knows his stuff, and offers great tips for proper alignment/adjustments. Ashtanga yoga (with a Vinyasa twist), emphasizes breathwork and core strength to hold positions. So his sense humor can be dry and silly, which can be refreshing in harder poses. Smiling is encouraged. His humor is good natured, and a way to connect with his students. The main yoga room is spacious and simple and located upstairs... slight maze to get through, but signs directing you make it easy to find. Most people bring their own mats, but it's also equipped with mats, blocks, and straps. It's not hot yoga, so the temperature is kept slightly warm, but comfortable. No water fountain, except for a small water cooler, and bathrooms are down the hallway. They discourage drinking water during class anyway, to keep the fire generated from the yoga practice. The classes are a good workout - I'm not brave enough to take the advanced level classes yet, but in due time...! I plan to try CycleOM and other workshops with Dana (next door to the yoga room). Street parking can be difficult in little Italy, but with a class card, they have parking passes for all evening classes. Parking on weekends are probably easier. Class cards are a pretty good deal.

I've been wanting to try aerial yoga for a while, but the only studio I knew of was in La Jolla. This location was much more convenient for me. It's located in Point Loma bordering OB. The instructor took the time to make sure everyone was measured and set up properly before class began. Even as a complete beginner, I felt supported throughout the session. The class was definitely challenging, but Amanda created a welcoming environment and made sure everyone felt comfortable. I was probably the clumsiest person in the room, but I never felt out of place. I had so much fun and left feeling accomplished. I can't wait to book my next class!

The studio has a small entryway for your shoes and bags etc, and then is a beautiful open space for working out. I love that they offer a variety of classes, pilates, yoga (flow and yin) and sculpt. I only went to the classes in Golden Hill, but a membership allows you to go to both studios (the other is in Coronado). All of the instructors were super friendly, and each had their own style, which I enjoyed. Everyone who attended the studio was also super friendly. I went during Christmas week, so may not have been "normal", but the only class that was full was the Saturday morning Pilates, besides that the classes were pretty chill (maybe half full). I like that they are on class pass, since I travel so much it's nice to not have to commit, but still be able to pop in.
