I ran out of Klonopin on a Tuesday a medication they filled for me for 10 years. I didn't receive a notification that it was ready by Friday so I called my pharmacy. They said the Dr hadn't approved it yet. I called the office at 3 as soon as I found out it wasn't being approved. I tried leaving a voicemail for Isha but someone from the office just picked up. I explained what was happening and she told me they won't fill prescriptions if I haven't been seen for over 3 months. I told her I didn't know that. She said it would be in the paperwork. Ugh that was 10 years ago I don't remember. I told her I was having extreme panic attacks due to the sudden stop of the medication. She told me there was nothing they could do. She wouldn't even offer to try to contact Isha. I made an appointment which wouldn't be for 5 more days so I decided to see if I could get a hold of Dr Malik. Same thing as with previous phone call. I hadn't slept for 3 days because I have restless legs and that is what the medication is prescribed for me for. So another sleepless night and get up Saturday crying shaking head feeling like it could explode, ringing in my ears, shaking, jumpy. I look up Dr Google and it says to never stop Klonopin abruptly that it causes all the symptoms I was having as well as strokes and seizures. I called the office again at 11:00 am and talked to an emergency line that told me they were going to try to get a hold of a Dr. It is 2:00 in the morning now. I never got a call and I will be awake again. They DO NOT Care! I could literally die. I have never abused medication. I get my 30 day supply and refill it after 30 days but since I've been taking it for 20+ years so my body is used to it. I have not felt cared for by them for years but it was easy to do a zoom visit and be done. I never expected anything like this to happen. Terrible horrible thing to put someone through because you're lazy.

You CANNOT find a better doctor than Dr. McKeigue…read more I have been seeing her since I was about 10 years old, and she is so wonderful that we followed her from place to place as she moved practices (but she seems to have settled in with this one for the last few years, so I think she is settled). The reason why we followed her around for years: she's the best. She is kind, knowledgable, and I have never ONCE felt rushed. She is a wonderful person, a caring doctor, and my entire family goes to her. And I later on found out that my in-laws have for years as well! Her nurses are very good as well! Nothing but professional and friendly! The only downside is that the wait time can be a little excessive. But that's because she spends so much time with each patient, so it's totally worth it. You may be annoyed as you're waiting, but you will soon discover that she spends just as much time with you as she does with anyone else. Her office is out of one of the doctor's buildings at St. Alexius Medical Center off of Barrington Road.

Stay away from this practice - total hacks - they are moving to a new location and still won't…read moreprovide safe / discrete treatments despite telling clients they would have a private room at the new space (so we wouldn't find other care givers) - nor do they have a clue about how to care for their patients. No integration or processing...just a lot of nothing... I thought they were in it for the good of helping people get their meds and dismissed their mistakes over and over in good faith but these two scam artists are just in it for the money - Ally is the owner and the problem - Tana is just her pawn with more credentials - very sweet but not able to keep things straight and then try to make me the bad guy - nope. I put up with a lot from them. I know there are better facilities but this was close and easy for awhile. Together they have zero clue what they are doing. That's 100% obvious - Totally messed up my long term disability leave due to messing up dates and information. Messed up my treatment this week with no notice to make other arrangements. There is no actual doctor at this practice - there are no actual trained mental health professionals - just a couple of nurses writing scripts. It's kinda crazy. They lie to patents, bait & switch people, cause panic attacks over stupid stuff and try to charge you for their mistakes - when they can't keep their own vacation schedules straight - it's really sad and frustrating dealing with them. I personally hope they lose their licensing for spravato and scripts after the way they have mistreated me - the stories I have documented over the last year are wild. Telling me you are writing scripts for your husband so you can take them is unethical and you should not joke about it with anyone especially not your patient. I don't care if it's an antibiotic or not your ethics are poor. It's not cute or funny. PS the owner Ally's laugh is super obnoxious while people are in treatment - they would be goofing around joking / talking outside the treatment room - totally unprofessional - no noise cancelation or white noise can combat that laugh - I can't tell you how many times I've listened to you talking to your clients about their meds?!? No confidentiality here.... Look elsewhere - I'm sure a better clinic will open up in the next year if I have anything to say about it.
