I went solely to get a referral to a cardiologist due to worrying symptoms. I call back two weeks later saying I havent heard anything from the cardiologist to learn that she forgot to send them, and she's out of town and will send them within a week after she returns. So much for caring for patients health.

My moms PCP (I won't mention HER…read morename/even though I have ZERO RESPECT FOR HER) was suppose to send a referral for a Gastroenterologist in Honolulu, but this Dr NEVER closed her file so the referral NEVER got sent to the GI in Honolulu, cause you can't send a referral if the patient file isn't closed by the Dr, said the nurse who works at scheduling. She gave me her cell and she told me, "only call me once or else I won't answer/respond " she never returned my call! Even after several visits to the office, still NOTHING! They are the absolute WORST!! On Tuesday I took my mom (87 yr old, and very frail) to this office for a physician referral to get Rehab services for her at Hale Makua, this form needs to be FAXED over to HM by Drs office. Thursday morning, I call Hale Makua to check on status of the Drs FAX and guess what??? NO FAX HAS BEEN SENT! The lady at Hale Makua shifted through quite a few papers, so that just put my mom farther down the list!! What takes so long to fax 1 piece of paper??? I'm sure it got lost with the her referral for GI which was supposed to be done in May! The Dr told us that she had a patient waiting since Dec for Hale Makua, I'm wondering if she even sent it back in December for that patient?!!!

I was assigned Terri Squires as a provider through Done. She does not communicate, doesn't respond…read moreto refill requests, doesn't answer questions. I also had an issue with appointments being made and rescheduled over and over again and then getting texts about the rescheduling at weird times, but that may have been a glitch with the app. All of these issues mean that I'm without my medication which is complicating everything and adding to my stress. Terri could have refilled my medication to give me some continuity of care, but she chose not to and ignored all my requests for explanation. But finally today I was supposed to have an appointment with her, but apparently once again it had been rescheduled without me being updated. It was the last straw, I cancelled my subscription to Done. I don't want to work with a doctor who's so uncaring about the people she's paid to provide medical care for. Putting people on medication and then taking it away from them cold turkey only makes mental health issues worst.
