For some reason they have started calling up all medical customers first and making any rec customers wait until all med customers are served. I waited for over 15 minutes in line today FROM THE FRONT OF THE LINE as 7 different med patients came in and were immediately served. The line of rec users backed out into the main lobby. I will be taking my future business to someone who values customer service.

I would first like to say that your parking lot was very unkept, so seeing lines to guide where parking spaces were wasn't an option for me. Crooked? It was probably the giant snow drift making my car appear that way. Private parking? Again, no sign I could see in front of that spot. I was looking forward to checking out your store as a local business for some of the supplements that I take on a regular basis on my way out. However, you were closed for the evening, and I was left this nasty little note taped to the window of my vehicle. I'm sorry that my car parked in an otherwise empty parking lot made you so mad. May I suggest cracking open a bottle of ashwagandha and maybe go for a massage. Clearly you have some anger issues. They were quick to inform me if I could afford to wait a day it would be a wayyyy better deal, like a store actually informing you of a sale?? That's amazing. When I explained I was swamped at work and wouldn't be able to stop by back in for a couple weeks, they were compassionate, offering an empathic ear and reassuring me that it'll work out and reminding me that I can only internalize so much.
