The receptionist was very helpful when I called to make a new patient appointment, and when there were issues with my insurance, she worked with the company for the entire hour I was in my appointment. I saw Dr. Moss. I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and since I arrived early, I was seen right on time. Dr. Moss is a great listener. She offered advice but didn't give the impression that her way was the only way. She helped me come up with some strategies and "goals" that seem realistic and greatly reduced my anxiety. She made sure to ask if there were any "pressing" issues that we hadn't covered before I left. Overall, I've had a wonderful experience with this practice and Dr. Moss.
