Hall way to the room

It was our first time at Game Over Escape Room and we did horror circus room. It was so fun and scary!!! I wish I could have brought my fiancé to do this room with me. Definitely was to bring everyone to try all the other escape rooms that they have. It was really interactive with the room we did. Lot of jump scare and everything was put together so nicely! This place is located in the same building as Kroger so it should be on the right side of Kroger. It was a bit hard to find. Overall, all 5 of us had a fun time here. Will for sure be back

We had a great time! Pros: the game was super fun. We did…read moreit with another couple + a family. We beat the clock with 2 minutes to spare!! We're still talking about it the next day and staff allowed us to take pictures. I really want to come back and try the other rooms. Hopefully y'all have promos soon so I can make it happen as it's a little pricy (but so are all escape rooms) Only downside is that it was a little difficult to find.

I've played The Heist, Prison Break, Cosmic Crisis, and The Depths, and my group escaped all of…read morethem. After playing The Heist, I noticed that escaping the first room simply involved pressing a button. Since I had seen that mechanic before, I tried the same thing in Prison Break, and it worked. My cell door opened immediately, so I had to pretend it was still locked. I think there should be a more immersive way to escape the cell than having a green "exit" button within arm's reach of a prison cell. Cosmic Crisis was my favorite room by far. It was interactive, futuristic, and included some really fun elements like shooting spaceships. I don't want to spoil anything, but it was a great experience. Overall, I've had positive experiences with both the rooms and the employees. However, after playing Cosmic Crisis, we were told that if we booked another game that night, we would receive 20% off and be upgraded to a private game. We booked Prison Break for a future date and time based on that offer. Five minutes before our game, we received a phone call informing us that a group of three strangers would be joining our supposedly private room. I explained the situation and reminded them that we had been promised a private game. (Knowing the premise of the Prison Break room, fewer players actually make the experience more enjoyable because the game starts with people separated into two small cells, and the space can feel too small.) The employee said he would "talk to us" about the situation when we got there. He also rushed us to arrive exactly on time, saying the game would start with or without us and that the other group would begin anyways if we were late. Despite that, everyone ended up waiting 15 minutes because the room wasn't ready yet. We were rushed for no reason and still had to play with strangers. At the end of the game, the employee with glasses and light brown hair asked to speak with us. Unfortunately, he didn't offer any real solution. He simply said we could have a private room next time! The problem is that we had already played all the rooms we were interested in, so that offer has little value. When a business makes a mistake, the solution shouldn't be to promise to get it documented correctly for a next time, it should address the inconvenience that already occurred. Despite this issue, I still enjoyed the escape rooms themselves and had positive interactions with the rest of the staff overall. My frustration comes specifically from what was supposed to be our last, best game here. Luckily the strangers were very nice and did not take away from our experience, very blessed.

The employee working the front desk was really friendly. While she was explaining the different…read morerooms, the actual owner came out to chat and eventually told us he was an author. Long story short, buying 2 of his book counted as passes for a room.... and ended up saving us about $20. The actual game we paid was a blast. As a pair we were about to escape with a few minutes to spare. If I'm in the area, I will definitely retire. The books seem to be pretty good as well.

Odyssey Escape Game is one of the best escape room in the entire world!…read more From their customer service, to their facilities, and even the games, their global top 10 status can easily be seen through the entire experience. [Customer Service] 10/10 * Anthony, who we meet consistently every Wednesday, is god-sent. He is very knowledgeable , friendly and makes your experience very pleasant. He understands and knows how to address new clients and their concerns; whether it'd be anxiety or the lack of understanding of how these games work. Due to his charismatic personality and his ability to communicate with others, Anthony definitely encourages and brings many loyal customers to Odyssey. [Facility] 10/10 * From the entrance to the room, the facility is extremely well maintained and clean. There is bathroom that is always readily accessible and available. The furnitures in each of the rooms and seating areas are dust free and clean around the edges. [Games] 10/10 * Without diving into too much spoilers, each game offered by Odyssey are fun, exciting and encourage the use of a lot of brainpower. So far, as of 01/24/2024, my party has only completed 2 of the 5 games and we most definitely plan on returning! Odyssey Escape Game is a MUST-TRY, if you're a new or returning escapee.
