I took my mom here about a week ago for a pedicure and manicure. The experience was good. Carolina, the receptionist, was very helpful and friendly, very welcoming and personable. The owner hired a very ideal person as the receptionist. Carolina was informative. Holly does my mom's pedicure. She did a great job, but what I appreciate most was that she is genuine with her work, very thoughtful and comforting with words. I think she has a lot of satisfied customers. Holly doesn't just work, but with a heart of compassion. Tiffany Thao does my mom's manicure and was friendly too. I've been coming here for about a year, and unfortunately this wasn't my first bad experience. In the past, I was made to wait because I didn't have an appointment. This time, however, I did have an appointment. I was scheduled for 4:30 PM with Selena, and Carolina was the one who took my call and scheduled me. I arrived 7 minutes early, but a walk-in was taken ahead of me. I asked what the point of making an appointment was if it wasn't going to be respected. I was told I could wait 30 minutes while they finished with the walk-in, which I felt was unreasonable, so I declined. I really like the owner and have continued to come here because the work is usually done quickly. However, after this experience, I don't think I'll be returning. Not respecting customers' time is simply not good business practice read more

Absolutely LOVED this place! Went here on my 40th birthday, likely going back every month. The staff was so sweet, really efficient, very accommodating. When I told them it was my birthday they all wished me a good day & we're shocked at my age which was sweet. I was offered water or pop, it was under construction but still comfortable & they had a cute little fish tank with many fish + one isolation tank for a mama about to blow which I thought was so sweet. The babies get eaten if not kept away from other adults & I only think good things of people who are kind to animals, especially teensy ones like newborn guppies. And I was treated with the heart, kindness, respect & softness that comes with being people with hearts that pure. Yes I got my nails done, but I really felt safe & in good company while I was there. It was a whole experience. Even the other customers were chill AF, one let me know I had dust on me before I walked out with what looked like a whole lot of booger sugar on my bum (it was acrylic dust ).
